Never know my balance because it never refreshes so there I am in love every single time wondering if I'm going to be able to pay with app to make it easy for cashier or do I have to pull out my wallet and take that much longer in line... Even one of the employees I spoke to said she thinks your app is junk. Pay for good programmers. Your customers are worth the trouble!

This is a great way to plan out the perfect coffee for each coffee break in my day. The menu is right at my fingertips. Skipping the line also comes in handy for tight time crunches. I can pick up mobile orders through the drive thru bypassing the line inside, depending on the time of day. The only thing I do not like about this app is having to search for the amount of stars I have. I liked it better when they appeared when I opened the app.

This app is great, I love it and use it all the time. However there is one problem that seems like an easy fix that irritates me every time! I can't truly save locations to favorites, so every time I order I have to go through searching the map for my location. Generally I'm using one of 3 locations, so it'd be really nice to just be able to have a drop down list of my saved locations. Otherwise it's great!

The Starbucks app is fantasticly convenient when you're on+he-go making yoir caffine fix easily accessible. It's interactive and full perks that make you really feel like a valued customer. Even if you dislike coffee, there's something for everyone here. Whats not to love about a coffee shop with benefits and innovarive features? Tye app was made with customers happiness in mind whether making that morning commute a little brighter if not the entire day? The wide selection makes Starbucks an option any time of the day or night leaving your thirst and hunger with endless possibilities.

The point system has got real bad. It's not as rewarding as before. Therefore not as useful. Also I've been notified I have a reward in the past and by that weekend is either expired or gone.. Starbucks really messed this up. I WAS a regular customer, now I just save my money.

Update: app barely functions. Please put out an update! I love the concept of the app and all the features. However, my app has many bugs and glitches a lot. For example, right now the Pay window with the barcode keeps popping up and won't go away. It also will not let me load a new gift card. 5 star app but not functioning properly for me so 3 stars.

Seriously love Starbucks Venti Salted Caramel White Mocha! I love that you can order ahead. My only complaint is that it doesn't allow all the customizations and instructions you can make in the store. (i.e. stirred, specific temperature, etc.) Having a space to imput specific instructions would make it 5 Stars!

Experiencing similar problems as listed by others, specifically not seeing my balance listed or able to login using my password to reload. Really annoying to have to reload on my desktop, kind of defeats the purpose and convience of an app. Other than that, still able to use to pay for my drinks. Updated to Andriod Oreo hoping the fix might be in an update, still not able to see balance or reload via the app.

It's a convenient app, but it's still pretty buggy. My balance never updates, I can't moble order, and half of my messages show up without pictures or won't load. I've missed out on so many star dashes because of this and no update has fixed these issues.

The last handful of times I've tried to update my name, address and card number, it tells me an error has occurred and to try again later. It does the same thing if I try and choose a different payment method as well. Not convenient at all and I used to love this app.

I love the app the only problem us once in awhile (May be just me) the app us slow. I don't a lot of time on my lunch breaks, so it is so nice ordering ahead and walk in pick up up an out the door I go. Warning the people standing in line waiting to order seems to a shot you dirty looks, wondering how is your drink ready and their waiting to order lol.

Amazing... very easy to use. I love the mobile ordering it has saved me on my way to work and even for lunch. I can bring my phone and pay for my drinks with my phone with no issue. LOVE STARBUCKS AND THIS APP IS PERFECT. I don't see how it will get better.

Location unable to be detected so I can't order via mobile. This has been a constant problem even on my previous phone. My phone's GPS application is working just fine, so I know my location setting is on.

App takes forever to load. Now I have to sign in always and still unsuccessful :-( I have yet to use it. Booo not getting a new phone anytime soon sticking with my Gold card the heck with it! So sad

Thank you Starbucks for such an awesome app experience! I love how it looks and how easy it is to use. Who feels happy from using an app, but yours is truly a pleasure. •I love its crisp, clean easy to read font. • I love all the things I can use the app for. • And most of all, I look forward to receiving the food and drink rewards! Overall it's a good app. The in app ordering saves a lot of time. It does get a lot of freezing issues and errors though. I would also like if all syrups, sweeteners, foam, ice, and crea/milk options were listed for ALL drinks. That way you could truly order your drink.

Barely works ever. Seems like i have to sign in every time i open the app and then it tells me i don't have an account and has me reset a password. You'd think a billion dollar corporation could afford an excellent app

I really like how easy it is to reorder anything that you've ordered in the past and edit. Only thing I wish it did was add a message for when I order for my daughter who is vegan to make sure their item does not have milk in it.

The star expiration date is gone: can't see when my stars will expire! Other than that, I use the app often, and am really happy that my purchases are now getting registered for the dashes!

Easy and convenient to use. However, used this app twice today my balance reached $0 and autoreload doesn't work. Tried to reload it manually, doesn't go through ( credit card is fine ). Well, have to use my credit card instead of app.

Logs me out in the middle of using it. Won't let me reload my card to pay, unable to order without having a loaded card on file. Overall terrible experience. It worked great for about 6 months, and hasn't worked now for almost a year.

There was once I lit up the screen the notification said this app was using GPS, even if I did not open it for a few days. I have to uninstall it for privacy concerns.

Used to work great, but after this latest update it seems to be completely broken. Won't locate a store, doesn't have my favorites listed in the menu, shows my card and star balance but I'm unable to add a new card. Pretty much useless to me now.

For some reason I can't re load my card because it says I had the wrong password which I know I didn't but I changed it anyway. And once I changed the password I tried to reload my card again and it still said incorrect password. I have done this 5 different times now each with a different password and it still isn't working. Pleeease fix

The app won't refresh on my brand new S8. I can't see my star balance, I can't see my card balance, I can't reload my card, and I can't order. No update is available. Pointless to use. Disappointed. I go to Starbucks at least 2 times per week.

The ap was great until 8/30. The balance wasn't refreshing, it says error. Even though I'm still able to use the ap but it's very inconvenient, please fix

I started using this app because it's buy one thus weekend and get the next one free. It worked the first time, but that's it. I went thru chose the offer and paid and no free drink showed for next time! This has happened twice. Not impressed!

I think this app and the baristas need to be helped.. The barista I showed my offer of a free drink to wasn't sure what to do. Needless to say didn't like the first experience with this app.

Never works on my Google Pixel. Won't save favorites. Can't find any nearby stores, even when parked right in front of one that has mobile ordering. At least I can always see my balance, which I can't use.

Not sure what's broken with this on the current drop of Android but it's not possible to add funds from credit card... Thus making the app ineffectual, which is unfortunate

It hasn't updated I had an opportunity for free drinks they said would load but never did. I have alot allot of stars as well. It shows the same balance no matter for the past months. I can't order because it says error when finding any Starbucks.

I'm not very techy, yet this app is really easy and friendly. Plus I LOVE being able to order in advance, then just walk in or drive through, and get my drink!! It's awesome!

This is the most annoying and confusing app ever. Just let me reorder what I always get and pay the exact amount it's worth.

I had a few problems at first, but logging out then logging back in helped. Please give an option to order a decaf frappucino. Despite these little bumps, the app is great. User friendly. Highly recommended.

Gets me free Starbucks from time to time so I'm not complaining! It's also nice to order from home, stop by and pick up my coffee on the way to work, and not have to worry about lines or being late. This app is a must for people who go to Starbucks regularly.

Why does this app never work!! Can't ever login to my account always have to make a new password everytime. Balance never updates. Seriously, you would think they would have a better app.

1) STILL need to be able to ask for sandwiches to be cooked open face or less time. 2) Please give an option to remove items from recently ordered list. I accidentally ordered something wrong once, now I have to make sure I don't tap the wrong one, and there's things that aren't even available anymore!

I absolutely love this app. The Stars for free drinks and food are awesome. Not to carry in my wallet is even better and it keeps track of everything. But the best yet is you could order on your app and just walk in and pick it up.

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't tell you how much it cost. I would like to know how much I'm spending before buying it.

I've been trying to log in for the past couple of weeks and can't. I've changed my password a bunch if times bc it kept telling me system error whenever I was trying to login. I even switched to a different email and I still can't. Please fix this! Its very frustrating not being able to get points when I go there so much and havng to pay full price when i could be using the perks from all my would be points
