Awful. Failed PayPal loading of $ 5 times over two days even tho PP charged. UX / Design is awful. Pwd reset and recovery laughably bad. Nav, flow hideous. Mult logins, Spam and bad integration with Payment method. After two attempted installs and set ups, removed. Just use CC or phone pymt, this cr-app us waste of time.

Can't access rewards menu, even i can't use my rewards at airport strabucks. They said sorry sir you dont have any cash in card, so it need to top up, its okay when i want to top up, they said sorry you cant top up at airport. Damn

Design and the user experience sucks balls, error message is not clear. US version is light years ahead than this crap. Shame on you the devs who made this

It won't let me signing in. Always couldn't connect to server, even though my signal is full! Really disappointed

So simple to make a payment. If I forget to bring my Starbucks Card, this App it's very helpfull.

i wished we could delete cards, not just deactivate them... you should add that to your next update

Setiap mau gunain kartu untuk pembayaran selalu gak bisa. Udah 3 store dicoba selalu masalahnya sama., dengan alasan gangguan, offline, bermasalah, bla bla bla. Ngapain dibuat card'nya kalo ternyata gak berfungsi.!!

masih sampah aja nih aplikasinya.. mending deh kalo aplikasinya doang, cardnya juga sampah.. uda isi pas mo dipake sistemnya offline lah apalah apalah

2 x install, 2 x un-install. Applikasi payah, server ny jeblok. Test dl di Internal baru di launch.

Lupa pasword, minta reset password tp gagal terus. Aplikasinya repot. Bikin emosi. Bukannya mempermudah malah bikin rumit. Mending gak usah bikin aplikasinya.
