It is very inconvenient that you need to re-login every time the app is updated. Often, when I am about to pay at the counter and realise the app requires re-login, and I end up paying cash instead.

It used to work fine until my phone got upgraded to Android 7.0. It crashed every time I opened the app and I couldn't use the money in the app. Very disappointed. May be it's time to say good bye to Starbucks

Faster than the previous version, shorter loading time and a new mobile order and pay feature, however I can't use my reward in the new feature.

Force quit during Reload, it happens after the app having a new look. I did it twice and not gonna do the third time again. ٩(๑`^´๑)۶

Order function is always slow. Even I walk to the shop, the app is still loading

Online ordering is good. Top up process with a credit card is slow as it doesn't remember previously used card.

Awful app from Starbucks, it always gets stuck on the welcome screen or with the loading icon. Impossible to use when buying coffee.

Show error when reload in app, but it was a successful transaction. My money is still missing

Starbucks card should not be a prerequisite. At time of registration there should be the option to register for one digitally.

Great looking UI, smooth in operation. Since last version, often crashes on first launch of app still happens. Most phone nowadays already have a fingerprint scanner built-in, only if it can skip all the credit card no. type-in all the verification steps and make use of the Android Pay instead to reload the card I would give this a 5-star app.

The app cannot load the card even I restart my phone. No function can be get from the app. It always show it is loading. It is useless, I cannot use any function it claimed it provides. I don't know what improved by the updates. It make much more inconvenience then before.

the pre-order drink set was gone and cant recharge money properly still cannot delete the useless message after read the trash icon is totally useless n dunno why place it there Please fix above, if not fix its better to bring the plastic card to shop or just stop buying drinks there

overall good update. the app loads faster and is more stable for me after the update. Top up works great and it makes buying things easier. In the long run, would like to get notification when I'm qualified for a reward, also would love to be able to check star history, i.e. 2 stars (coffee purhcase) 5 stars (star rush bonus) etc etc, something like this will make the reward scheme more transparent to users.

Since forcing upgraded, i cannot load my app. My reward and everything. I cant buy coffee and pay. I habe no idea how to do and back to older version . Sad

The newest update made the app so slow for paying. It is really embarrasing waiting for the barcode to appear as well. Also it needs to be more user friendly in general

The app is fine in payment and record. It would be better if enhancing the reload function, as the app force close during the way. Other than that, mostly okay for customer

I missed the function of personalizing my own drink as it is quite annoying to order each time

Often can't load the app when I wanna pay via that, very inconvenient for users who depend on that without a Starbucks card! Better improve it or fix the bug

The app couldn't be loaded when I paid and I didn't have the real card with me. I had to pay by cash even though I just added money in my account a few days ago.
