Starbucks Australia for Android
It's a good app however I keep getting a glitch where the screen goes really dark, making it hard to see what I'm doing. Please fix this issue as I'd love to start using the app soon!
Need further optimisation. Brightness difference within the app is all over the place, hurts my eyes.
Useless - registers account and it never recognised you again as a user. Reset password generates complicated passwords that are also not recognised. A waste of time don't bother
All of a sudden I can't login, even with resetting my password (on many occasions) Otherwise I love Starbucks.
Your Starbucks App is way way out of Date , because when u try entering your DOB its stuck on SEPTEMBER 2004 And it won't let you enter it So please update your APP
I get kicked out of my account last night just as i order and now i can no longer log on. I have resey my password twice and keeps saying account not found check registration. If i had no accout i wouldnt get email. Back to gloria jeans i go. Only used the app for the rewards
Again the same as the rest of the feedback I cannot register I have card number but cannot use it in the app. Hopeless. Note no updates from starbucks
Slow and hard. Have to scan twice. Once for rewards once to pay. Does not seem to keep track or rewards, birthday etc.
Merchant gateway error for every card I've tried to use to reload. This makes the app useless.
Just signed up. Next drink is half priced. Isn't that great?
Can't even login with correct password and login details
The only way to put on money is to use the visa express or directly through credit card. Please add paypal options

The screen goes darker for no reason
Iam at my local Starbucks daily. I know the staff, I know the managers, the locals. And after multiple attempts even they were baffled why I am unable to login to scan my QR code to validate my drink purchase.
Terrible time waster trying to get a code recognized at Queen's plaza store. Also annoying how you have to scan twice, Once to order and once to pay from card.
a few hiccups on launch of the app; however the customer service team phoned 3 times to ensure I had it all sorted and was satisfied. It would appear others have just blatantly chosen to whine here rather than be proactive and contact the customer service team. Silly. Highly recommended app. Digging the bonus rewards as well as my stars
No where as good as prev recharge rewards. Annoying how stars have to be added first before having to scan again to pay for drink. Staff are great. App is not
Now that the sign in error issue has been resolved, the app works perfectly and I had my first reward of a half price drink put through at ny local Starbucks once the scanned the app. Very happy so far
startup screen is always app has stopped. never worked since day one. In store staff should be able to call up available rewards on their screen and advise customers. Customers should be able to make a choice and claim on the spot without needing a phone or QR code. UPDATE: in store staff can retrieve and give the reward after swiping the card. No app needed.

My account, also with an e-card and money in the e-card, was working alright yesterday. When I tried to log on today, your app told me my account didn't exist. I used your password recovery function and I did receive a temporary password to log on to my account....and your app tells me again: my account doesn't exist....hilarious.
Signed up put money in and now it doesn't work. I can't even sign back in anymore... I want my money back!
At this point I'm convinced the app was designed to unreliable to prevent you from getting stars.
I loaded my account with visa checkout but didnt receive the 10$ reward.
Now i can make sure i get my coffee fix for uni if ive got no money aslong as i keep it up lol
I like the idea of the app but couldn't transfer my old Starbucks card balance over. How do I reload the card?

Ridiculous app, cannot differentiate between US and Australian money.
Download app, try to open app, app crashes. Try to open again, app crashes. Uninstall and delete app, restart phone, download app, try to open app, app crashes. What a joke.

Name of reward program not same as app name. Transactions not showing. Provide a link to show the star count.

You app is eternally broken. Once, there was the issue of getting logged out everytime I try to reload. That's since been fixed but now, another bug - whenever I try to view other screens aside from my barcode, the screen dims right down. I have tried everything from manually setting the display brightness up, to turning off adaptive brightness, the screen remains dim until I close the app or go to the barcode. This app harms profit for your business rather than benefit it - everyone who uses this app gets annoyed at Starbucks. Keep this up and you might as well say goodbye to the Aussie market.
