Since update app does not recognise by password so cannot login anymore. Pretty useless now unfortunately
Since the update cannot login with a smaller password. Only highlights the login button after a minimum of 8 characters are entered. If your password is less than 8 then you cannot login
Used to be brilliant until the last 2 recent updates. I'm on version 3.2.4 updated today & my 7 digit password isn't accepted.
Inputted all the right information to register but just refuse to allow me
Stopped working after the upgrade

Edit: Downgraded rating as its wrong strategy to force full entering full password. How is typing in full length password more secure than 3 characters randomly selected at each login?
Why change it how does making you have to enter the whole password improve it!!
Can't log in as I've been given a user name which has several 0's and I can't decipher if it's numerical or alphabet have tried all different formats. Not a problem if I log in online but this app is useless.
It may be usefull but cant log in as my user id is always converted to uppercase as i input ( using Lg g5). I know my id and password are ok as i can get into normal website
Not a bad app. Basic info only. Would be better if I could see by what % my fund had moved on the day and other features I see when I log on using a pc. also add a portfolio section so I can monitor other funds
Same issue as "Paul the Curtains". Using new version - unable to log in. The user name will only show as upper case and on pressing next, the loading circle displays indefinitely - used to work, but useless now.
Very basic and not at all intuitive. Limited info and presentation is very dull. Surprised Standard allowed such a low quality product to be released,
Like other users the login forces uppercase so my user ID is not recognised. Clean install of latest version on Nexus 5x running Android O.
It doesn't do what it says on the tin! I can only see my current plan value. Cannot see plan details, what investments apply, and how performing!
Doesn't work. The password works on the website but not on the app
Only shows one of my four contracts. So can't manage overall pension.
Hit or a miss logging in. Scant but sufficient basic detail. Not really bad though

Can't log in. Just an endless spinning circle at password time. It was really useful. What's happened?
This app is too basic! Needs a lot more features. Also finger print login would be a useful feature too.
Pretty basic. I would like more info on my fund such as likely value on retirement and income

New version will not close on logout but has to be force-stopped. Painful.
Denied access over and over again despite my password being correct. Having to reregister because my account was then blocked. Can't be bothered!!
Issues with login sorted, now works as good as before. Quick and easy to access account and fund information
I input 3 characters from password and all I get is an "undulating bar graph". I'm all for privacy but not being able to log in is taking it too far!!!
Decent app but cold do with more flexibility on payments such as being able to reduce payments.
Pretty poor really. Most of the time it's down and you can only use it to view balances and fund performance. You can't actually move funds. I'm only staying with Standard Life because they're my workplace pension provider. Much prefer Hargreaves Lansdown.
Load of rubbish done what it saidkeeped saying wrong password i don't know How the gov get away with this even when you phone them it's no better i'am sure lot's of people that retaire get the same they want your money but not so quick to let you get it back
Simply can't rely on it as it will say error 503 on a fairly frequent basis when I try to view. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why it doesn't always work. Have reinstalled a number of times - sometimes this helps, sometimes not. Very frustrating!
Just downloaded the app, went to get my log in details, came back to log in and the error message had appeared! Tried restarting it but it doesnt help. Ive never not been able to log in to an app before. Terrible!
Still broken even with 2.0.9. Not fixed as reply suggests. Just sits on "authenticating". Worked perfectly until I upgraded now can't get past the authentication page. Completely useless now.
I installed this earlier today and get 503 Server Error every time I try to use it on my Samsung Galaxy 6 - I don't even get as far as authentication. I can get to the mobile website fine.
Sort it out please. Try and use the App and won't load up, just says error code 503.
Mostly down or values out of date. Previous 'portfolio' version was better.
OK when working, but so many times when it's not..... in the last 3 week's only working 50% of the time. Stuck on authentication (resolved by clearing the apps cache on my device... now broken again and cannot resolve on my nexus tablet, but this issue not seen on my mobile phone), sometimes showing a zero value, server error and limited hours to view. Not good for the customers of a so called professional company.

Since the update I can no longer login. My username is 7 digits long as far as I can see and the login button does not activate until 8 are entered. ============================ Update: new update fixed the login problem and I can now get in. Thanks.
