S Pen Planner is the second version of highly popular Fit Tight Planner (S Pen). The speed of saving and loading the canvas has been massively improved here, and many new technologies have been implemented.
What is this Application?
S Pen Planner is like paper planner such that everyday in calendar has a place for you to write things. But with technology, S Pen planner is so so much more capable than what paper planners are cable of.
To record things, you can write/draw, type, erase, undo&redo, insert pictures, and record sound. You can change-size, move, copy&paste and reorder all the things that appear on the canvas.
You navigate between between date’s notes by arrow buttons next to the current date in Day View and also by using the calendar to open&edit a note of a specific date.
You can add infinite number of pages per day, delete the current page, and move between the pages really easily.
You can add S Pen Planner Widget, which is a Calendar View 4x3 widget, to your home screen.
If your device does not have a menu button, you can long press the page label (Ex: "Page 1 of 1" Label), to change the background of the canvas.
Advance Instructions?
If a note has either drawings, voice recording, or multiple page (or all of these), it would be highlighted in the calendar.
Long pressing the Date Label will export the current drawing to Camera folder in the Gallery.
You can hover over the buttons with your S Pen to read a short description of the function of each button.
Button Keys:
T - allows you to type.
✎ - allows you to write/draw.
✘ - allows you to erase.
“Double tap or long pressing “T”, “✎”, “✘” brings out more options. Also you can press your S Pen button while hovering over the canvas to switch between typing and writing modes. Long press the text boxes to change size and move them around.”

Pic - allows you to insert pictures both from the gallery or from camera. Long press any pictures on the canvas to resize and to move them.
"Long Pressing Pic button paste whatever you have copied before. You need to copy something in order for this to work."

There are to many versions of this App. And in this day and age, it needs to go wide screen to accommodate tablets. S-pen isn't just on phones. As to the other versions, I'm not clear on what the differences are between 2, 3 etc. Why not just make one App and add in App purchases so it's clear what the additional fees are for. I'm using this on a Galaxy Pro Tablet 12.2. Really hope they fix all versions to work portrait and wide screen for phones and tablets or make a tablet version. I'd buy that for sure.

Thanks for fixing text box crash. I need to be able to paste text minimum and images would be very nice. Go Samsung. Ability to Back data from this app up to cloud or sd card is paramount in my mind. Not going to save my life story here just to have it disapear when my phone crashes. Most unfortunate. How about non-comprehensive/ non-std approach?

This is a really simple app, which is great, because I love using a simple planner - not all my thoughts for the day fit neatly into categories. I love the ability to write on future days just like I do in my paper planner. The interface is relatively intuitive, although I had to dink around to figure out how to change the background (there's no menu bar, I'm using a Note 4 btw). It would be nice if I could change the default background instead of having to change it every time to the same thing. My real concern, and my reason for writing a review, is that the save option is flawed. Yes I can save each individual page, but I cannot easily change the name of it, and it has an arbitrary date tagged to it. The best option it seems right now is to screen capture everything at the end of the month. Where exactly is all of the being stored on my device? Anyways, great product, just needs a few upgrades. The ability to add searchable tags (say by color) would be nice too.

Perfect on note 4. What about note 2014 edition??? Application crashes at openining. I have reported it since one month and i have no answer! ........ Thanks for the answer. But the tab note 2014 edition p605 still not working. ..... can this soft be installed on 2 devices, same account? Maybe this is the issue...? [•••] after the latest update 4.03 of Sdk, it works!!! While this app looked good it did not work on my note 5. Hopefully it gets fixed... update- first, programmer did excellent with communication. Next, installed again into my Note 5, it now works fine. It started up instantly and seems to work perfectly. Picture function works, audio record works as well as document function works perfectly in both day and month screens. The only thing I could not find was a feature for repeating appointments or tasks. But that may just be me. Programmer has done excellent.

I just got the updated calendar on my Note 5, had a Note 2. I can't live without it. Now, I can export the images as a backup. Have 3 of these apps, and I will most likely buy more in the future. YAYYYYYY!

I really like this app. To me this is the best part of having a note 4. There are only two things I wish. I wish there was a way to set an alarm on a page to bring my attention to it from within the app. And I would like to back up somehow. Using this as a day diary is great until I break,lose,replace my phone. Then it's all gone.

Good start I think. I will use it for the next couple weeks and see how it goes. Question...while in calendar mode, is it possible to click on any date that has notes and only the bottom screen changes as per that date, rather than having it open Dayview screen?

Two stars because it is a clever idea BUT I would give Zero stars for function and not ready to use. I Purchased all the apps to support this app. I Purchased this app. Read directions. I want to make a custom back ground like in your sample. I want it to write my homework on; however, there is no menu button. You say there is in your description. Also, I can not repeat the back ground pictures for a plain cal. I have been at toys for 2days. It all looks like a mess. It a good idea, poorly exicuted. There is no app that does what I want it to. Maybe I will go back to paper. Please, refund.

I like all the features but i would like to see this same app without the calendar feature and the option to have several notebooks within the same app. Even a merge between google calendar & the S Note app - this might make Sense for Some that need both but yet together in One app

It makes the s pen all make sense. This is what the s pen is for... I only wish the widget were available in day view instead of just month and I wish you could choose widget color because the orangey-peachy color is just plain ugly. Better widget would get it a better rating.

Fills a real need for an spen based planner. Reminders, a better widget and choice of themes would be good. Main drawback is lack of any backup or export. Disappointing to know this is not on the roadmap. All note and drawing apps have this feature, so doesn't seem to be an android limitation. Do look into this.

Just what I was looking for, although I do not know how to put the calendar widget on home screen (only the S planner widget appears). Would be wonderful if it could sync with google calendar. And we should read the hole description before uninstalling. Wish I could install on tablet and have my documents sync on it, even if I had to pay again to install on another device But I am GREATFULl for the hard work you have put into it. Keep it up!

No improvements in a couple of years. You could add a simple text search for example. Icons are stale as can be. Sorry... let me know when you have a better version.
