Imagine installing an app for the first time ever just to pop up with a message that my device was already profiled for another account so I couldn't log on successfully. This is beside the very dry and limited functionality of the sister online portal. You had better wake up to your responsibility and learn from the likes of GTBANK and DIAMOND Bank. In might be expecting so much anyways coming from more highly sophisticated ICT inclined banks.... SMH.

Dis app is so frustrating dis days have been trying to login over a week now but it display connection error try again. Why? Please try and do something fast

This app is the true definition of a joke. It's as unreliable as it is worthless. It makes IT in this 21st century seem like child's play. Don't even bother downloading it, because it will not go online, talk more of allowing you perform a transaction. There will be no error message or reason why it failed to connect. It just attempts to load, then shuts itself down... And NO, I don't have network issues, I have 4G connection that works fine with both Gtbank and access bank apps. I would give zero star if I could. Whoever is in charge needs to be replaced immediately.

It's really tiring using this app, I just got a new phone. I have been trying to login, But it's not going. Have been waiting for otp for hours now. They are not sending anything. Let's say your ussd is working just like gtb own, I wouldn't even bother to use this app. Please do something

I loved dis apps since i started using it,easy to transfer so fast and accurate, Tnks to d customer care units who helped me through when it was at first difficult for me to activate...Now i'm enjoying it like my best food.... If u don't download dis apps ,u r missing????

This app has been frustrating of recent. Recipient of money transferred using this app wait for up to 6 to 7 hours to receive alert. Why is this so? This is really bad for business and credibility

I can't log in!!! Error measage is "Connection error. Please check settings" and from the reviews I see on here, this has been on for a while. I called customer care and the guy said there must be a problem with my network..when I rejected the excuse, he told me "we can't do anything until we know what exactly is wrong with your app." Like seriously? For something that so many customers have complained about? Disappointing.

The inability to log on over mobile network has been fixed & i am happy with this app now. It's cool ????. There is always room for improvement though.

This application is a child play am unable to log for awhile now anytime I want to log in is error connection have lodge the complain to embanking query for like five time but their claim is network problem and the network is working for all other application I have except stanbic application this show that is network error indeed for only stanbic application.

I have had this app for a while adding had to level my account for a while because of arbitrary charges just for me to come back to it and get error messages about Internet connection when every other app on the phone is working.

This app is so frustrating, am using samsung galaxy s6, its not even connecting and i have tried to reach their customer service on phone several times...not user friendly at all

This app is so frustrating these days, I keep seeing this error in data connection display each time I try to log in. I'm kinda frustrated with this app right now.

I can't register. OTP takes ages to come to my phone. If it manages to come, the 1st stage would be completed but confirming my email isn't going through. Only but telling me 'error'

Easy navigation. All-in-one. Has login problems at some times.

The app is not reliable.I have installed and uninstalled it twice because of the "error in network connection" message. But it's still the same. Pls stanbic should do something about this.

Quite friendly on the first attempt.Though as per its feasibility on multiple account and Stock trading I'm yet to confirm. A good one anyway.

The app isn't coming up, I did factory reset on my phone and reinstall the app but it keeps telling me I had the app registered on my device before. So it isn't working.
