9 times out of 10 I have to activate high accuracy GPS for the app to even open.

It's only works if you have a data connection. I have no signal in my restaurant so need to start the app outside and leave it running for it to work. Ridiculous! Why can't I just scan and upload later.

Update pushed out to users then it falls over. Poor. 14 Dec: This is now resolved since I wrote this, seems to work as intended now; so far, so good.

Crashes on launch about half of the time. Takes about 30 seconds to open when it does work

Slower and (unbelievably!) more unstable than the last version. Constantly reverts to the intro pages.

Take the time to scan for all purchases it's worth it.

If it's not broken don't fix it! There was nothing wrong with the previous version, but this new one doesn't work properly. Takes for ever to open, and it's not so easy to see how many stamps you have.

Nexus 5X phone, camera flipped and no fix in a year. tried to send an email to the team email provided doesn't exist. How do I contact support? Seems like they are not interested in improving the app.

And my stamps have returned!

Unable to login - keeps saying server error both on WiFi and 3g. New version still does not work. Tried reinstalling and resetting password with no luck.

After update I'm not able to start the app I'm getting error "ups something went wrong, close the app and tray again" I did many times and still the same. I have restarted the phone and still the same.

So unable to open the app since update this AM. Unable to collect stamps today. It was working well before this.

The app was working fine but suddenly stopped working, I tried to open it to scan but it won't open, I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it still won't open

Camera flips on Nexus 5x. Not a show stopper but annoying. Otherwise App works as expected.

Stood there at the front of the queue like an idiot trying to scan the barcode, no joy, Hopeless. Am removing it now.

Simply doesn't work

I keep getting an error that I've scanned the barcode but I'm too far away from the restaurant location when I'm standing next to the till. I've double check my location services and they are working fine. Clearly someone has changed the GPS coordinates for our location so that i've now missed out of 7 or 8 stamps :-(

After a relatively clear patch for a few weeks your is back to not working first thing and then is fine at lunch time. Multiple clean reinstalls does not solve the issue.

This app was working fine, but for the past 3 weeks it will not scan the QR code. I don't know what 'fix' Sodexo has made but it has ruined the app. Don't bother downloading this app, it DOES NOT WORK

Worked fine initially but from this morning it keeps crashing when you open it.

app wont open on samsung s7 anymore

It work once installed ONCE. Then would always give an error of some sort. Server error. What a misserable bull..!

"Forgot password" email doesn't work.

They say there is no such thing as a free lunch. Well, with this app there is! Previous versions of the app were unreliable, but as I re-write this 20 October 2015, the latest version is a lot more stable and much faster to open/scan.

The barcode scanner feature does not work on HTC M9...

Uninstalled it a year ago due to this very issue. Still not fixed.

Didn't work before, and now it does, nobody at my hospital canteen knows what to do with it! Uninstalling.

Amazing how an app designed to promote loyalty is turning people off in droves. Absolutely shocking app, doesn't work, keeps crashing. I'd rather pay full price for my coffee than wait for this embarrassing app to load up.

QR code scanning success seems to depend on the device. IPhone 6 and Galaxy Tab S (8.4) scan the QR fine with no failures noted to date. New Galaxy S6 edge refuses to scan hot drink QR code in the morning but if you do lunch/sandwich QR code this works and then you can scan the hot drink code successfully straight afterwards

Twice now I've been let down by the scanner.

Yesterday the app was saying the barcode was invalid and today the barcode scanner is so small it won't pick anything up

The QR scanner is awful, it scans only 1 in 10 times
