Ed's Easy Diner

Was fine until you insisted on getting my location. And you don't say it HAS to be in high accuracy, but you won't rely on just GPS. And strangely in a shopping complex it's hard to get an accurate location. I love your food but this changes in your app sucks.

Used the app for a while and it wouldn't let me log in.. Now weeks later I can't even open the app due to location settings! Ed has eaten my points I think!

I recieve emails for offers and birthday but can't sign up for app

Logged out of my app, when I tried to log in it said the password was wrong. Tried to request reset password but it says the email address doesn't exist. Tried to sign up again but it says the email already exists. Please can you help, I've also lost all my points now I can't use the app, what do I do ?

I am a eds club member (i get birthday emails and vouchers) but dont have a card but it wont let me sign in or sign up

Can't log in but I receive emails on my birthday and all other offers for being a member? Please help

This app apparently won't let you sign in if you're already a old member with a card?

I have emailed you ed's for help with the app as I'm already a member and read reviews to contact you for help. Thanks

Had the card. Bit of plastic in my purse. Now I have to make sure the phone has charge, data, is working, is on, has space for the app. Would be nice to CHOOSE

Since update before today 29/09/16 I have been unable to sign into my account, it says I have an invalid email or password, when I go to reset my password both email address that I have are not the emails registered on the account. Now the card is not usable in the diners it's very difficult to collect or use my points. UPDATE 05/10/2016 Further to this a speedy response from the app team and I have access to everything again.

Loved Ed's in Doncaster but now it's gone and the administration signs are up. My £20 of points is no more, my treat meal is gone, sad days.

Since getting the update I can't log in to my account as it says my email is invalid.

Tried to open up the app in store but unfortunately server error came up. Uninstalled and reinstalled still no joy. Missed out on triple points too hence one star.

Eds was the best and will be missed

This app is a fab idea & getting 10% back is generous for a loyalty program. I have two big issues with the app though. Firstly, I've just installed the app on my new phone and my balance has dropped from just over £20 to £11 for no reason?! Secondly, there has been more than one occasion where I've visited Eds, shown my ID code to the waiter and the points haven't been allocated to my account.

Due to this unneeded 'location needed' crap they have put on it i can't even check my balance

Once updated the app now says loyalty plan not found. Lost all my points. Not happy as this was a favorite place for us. Services going Down hill

I got new phone downloaded all cannot sign into it and try to change password and it says use a valid email ggrrr I best not have lost my points

The app itself is fine. Easier than keeping a card with you. But why do you need to force me to switch location on just to open the app? No other app I have does this and its very annoying. I don't see why you need to know where I am just to check my balance. Would give 5 stars if you drop the forced location.

Got my members card and told to get the app, worked great, till recently, now it won't let me sign in, can't register as my card and email already registered. Then go to eat there and get told they don't use the card anymore only the app, so I've lost out on the money/points earned on card gggrrr . Shame because I love the restaurant

Wouldn't let me open the app so I uninstalled and and installed it again, signed in and now it says couldn't get loyalty plan. I had nearly £9 worth of points. The app doesn't work on my mums Android either.

Despite creating the account I get server error I try to sign in. I've even rest the password and uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Very poor

A really poorly designed app as when ever I open it comes up with a message saying can't get loyalty and then closes every time! Needs fixing a.s.a.p otherwise I will think about uninstalling it.

I've only ever got it to work one time but most of the time it tells me the session is invalid or my account doesn't exist.

Cannot login and when you forget password you don't get a email link to change password overall very disappointed I had about £20 on the app.

The app worked fine when signing up and now I can't even open it and I have £14.50 credit on my account to use as well :-(

Long time customer of eds have been to restaurants from London to Carlisle. The food is consistently devine. Try the sweet potato fries. Well worth going to.

Went today 2nd jan 2016 chester England! Food was to die for and staff were very friendly and welcoming

Loved the food! Brother got a coke float and loved it. Brilliant!
