Stagecoach Bus

It's a good thing that I had a contactless card, because I can no longer buy my bus tickets on app.. ..this is not a great thing to realise at 6am, 20 mins before your next bus is due. Thanks guys. Top notch. Get it sorted. Would rate 0 stars if option was there.

This app has been quite amusing. Firstly couldn't access my tickets (known error as I had confirmed by email) but was told the New update will fix it all... It definitely did. The app doesn't open at all now leaving no choice but to find an atm at 5 in the morning 2 miles from the house

Disgusting that Stagecoach will take your money but if you lose your phone or get a new one you have no way of retrieving unused tickets or existing tickets. Profiteering. It's quite simple to verify a user and recredit them.

App worked well during the summer but has since fallen into dis-repair. Tickets never appear in "my tickets" and I get charged anyway. Payment screen always freezes then doesn't work and the app crashes. You will then be offered a refund about a week and a half later. Please fix

I did like this app. For about three days then realised if my phone decided to play up and freeze I couldn't access the app. Now week 2 and the app just doesn't open. Back to smart card. Absolute rubbish!!

Doesn't work properly. I was on no 42 it was running about 10mins late, app was tracking my location but telling me the times for the next scheduled service for each stop. So the bus I was on didn't exist according to Stagecoach live tracking!

Great when it worked which it did until 2 week's ago. Bought a ticket and now I can't get to the ticket screen. I just get a spinning wheel. Spoken to support who say it's being looked at and they will refund my money. Well it's been 2 weeks and no refund. There was a new version of the app yesterday but same problem. Useless! Emailed support with screenshots but got no reply. Pity as it was good when it worked.

Was a great app until unable to buy tickets in the app. Even after the update, my tickets is still not working. Stagecoach are aware of this problem but don't care as you can still buy your tickets on the bus. It may be ok for Stagecoach but inconvenient for Joe Public. Why is this not being fixed Stagecoach?

App worked about twice in the time I have had it installed, can never get past the screen asking do I want to use the current location or a custom one, definitely wouldn't recommend this app, better to just use the travel card and website

Rubbish app. The only thing it has to do is show you a purchased ticket, but it doesn't. It just gives you a spinning wheel...great

Stopped working completely after a few weeks, bus times are wrong, ticket screen doesn't load. I still want that refund I was promised for a weekly ticket after it glitched out

It's been over a month - purchased weekly ticket and didn't load in, sent multiple emails asking about the issue and they haven't done anything just blew me off saying 'sorry we are very busy email us if you have any other enquiries'. Called them instead but customer service is incompetent. The apps only good for quickly finding a time but you can easily take a pic of your bus timetable or just go on your browser app. They basically take your money and are clearly not doing anything to fix the tickets part of the app. Surely it can't be that hard that it takes over a month. We are reporting this company

I only wished for purchasing a weekly pass, unfortunately the app responded with a white background, doing nothing but slowed my phone down and let me not to proceed to checkout section. Not the first time the app crashes and does nothing.

Issues with not being able to see tickets or anything else is still happening with no updates or notifications about the problem being fixed, sure they refunded my ticket the first time it happened but if the problem is still happening then take down the app or get it fixed right now, it's a broken piece of mess

It lets me buy tickets but cant use them. Emailed to get it sorted a month ago, but still waiting. I dont carry change around so im struggling to get to work. Get it sorted. Update: So the app has been updated and yet i still cant use the tickets i bought, that are going to expire soon. I want my money back!

Missing tickets now refunded, thanks! Just waiting for app update so I can purchase tickets again. Edit: Despite latest version of app, still getting spinning loading icon in My Tickets even after reinstalling. Have emailed support request. Awaiting reply.

Put my ticket in the basket go to the pay screen and it then goes blank on me!!! Bus times are never accurate!

Waste of time and money was ok for a while but one day bought tickets and just would not let me access my tickets. Sought this app out.

I used this app to buy bus tickets but unfortunately I cannot use it to access bus tickets as I need them for work , please fix this error asap

For a major company you would think they would be up-to date and on time ! I get the same bus every day and it is never on schedule !!! This app couldn't be more wrong for tine keeping !!

Since the last update App has deleted my tickets and stopped me from buying another leaving me stranded

I used to love this app as it ment no more looking for the right change. But not it won't even show my ticket. This has been going on for over a month now. Get it sorted.

Mobile ticket failed to load, horrendous customer service. Still haven't received a refund

Old version inaccurate. New version crashes instantly. Pointless!

Unable to process payments. Screen freezes a white screen.

Good app but it doesn't let u see all available tickets, for example I can't buy tickets that last for longer than 7 days, I can't get the monthly plans on this app

I bought a weekly pass 3 weeks ago but the ticket screen would not load, I checked on my bank to see if it had gone through and realised they had taken two payments out, I went to stagecoach office and got given a number to ring, they said I had to email...i have now emailed 4 times with only one reply asking for screen shots, they have had them for 2 weeks now and I have received nothing..they are quick enough to take your money but when something goes wrong their not interested!!

It ok you could add a bus tracker like arriva bus have.
