بلدية العيون الرسمي

تطبيق بلدية العيون بالمدينة المنورة هو تطبيق مجاني مخصص لتقديم بلاغات عن المخالفات والملاحظات البلدية في المنطقة الواقعة ضمن نطاق بلدية العيون، وتوثيق المخالفات بالصور والفيديو وتحديد موقعها بدقة على الخريطة، حيث ستقوم البلدية بالتجاوب مع البلاغ ومعالجته في أسرع وقت.
ويمكن من خلال التطبيق إرسال البلاغات بطريقتين:
- يمكن للمستخدم التسجيل في التطبيق بالاسم ورقم الجوال وكلمة المرور، ليتمكن من متابعة حالة البلاغات التي قدمها ورد البلدية على البلاغ.
- كما يمكن تقديم بلاغ سريع دون الحاجة إلى التسجيل في التطبيق.

المزايا:
- تحديد تلقائي لموقع المستخدم أو كتابة عنوان الموقع يدويًّا.
- وصف مختصر للمشكلة المراد التبليغ عنها.
- إرفاق أربعة صور مع البلاغ.
- إرفاق ملفي فيديو مع البلاغ بحد أقصى 10 ميجابايت.
- الاطلاع على البلاغات السابقة التي قدمها المستخدم ومعرفة حالتها ورد البلدية عليها.
