Wasted half-time because the bar I ordered from denied that the order was their's and I had to queue up at another bar only to be redirected back to the first bar. It didn't help that they were taking orders in the so-called express queues. My order wasn't received at the bar I'd ordered it from and I had to wait for a supervisor to arrive , who then went off to find the manager before they would fulfil the order that I had paid for on the app. As by now half-time was over I then had to wait for the manager to come over to the till to refund the Pint of beer I'd ordered as there was no time to drink it. Complete shambles, I'll just go back to queueing as that would have been quicker.
