SSQ Mobile Services lets you submit claims in just a few taps. Once you have your bill you can file claims directly from your smartphone without having to worry about complicated paperwork or mailing times. What’s more, claims for most treatment types are processed in 48 hours or less, so you get paid sooner—all from your mobile device!
Making a claim is simple. All you need is your username and password for the ACCESS | Plan Members website and your smartphone.

To use the app:

Much easier than the website. All the essentials are there. Very basic services on app, but all you need to make a claim on the go Also includes their direct phone number which is actually very convenient

This used to be one of my favorite apps, I am not sure if it is marshmallow or the latest version of this app, but it doesn't work any more, I can log in, but the wheel keeps spinning then crashes... sad this was the easiest way to make a claim...

I just made my 1st claim. So far it looks good. I guess I won't know till I get paid. But I did get a reference number so everything looks good. All in all it took me no joke less then 3 minutes to make a claim. Love this app!

Lost all my input and logged me out due to a simple rotation bug while taking receit pictures. Very annoying. Plus I don't understand why access to the call log is required.

I hate it now. They changed the claim options and doesnt cover all situations. I have to call them because i can't make the claim with the app or online on their website. Might have to mail it in. Yuk.

It's been 2 days now I've been trying to submit a claim through this app and keep getting error messages. Please fix ASAP and then I'd be more than happy to give a 5 star rating cause I do really like the application.

The app crashed a few time, moreover, in order to submit a claim, the user need to go through a serie of 3-4 troublesome process. The worst is i had to add professional not in the list, name, address, postal code etc. It makes the process even longer than the previous app version. My impression is that they do not welcome claim and second they make the user do all the job.
