한자 공부의 키(key)는 음(音)입니다

한자는 어떤 의미에서는 상형문자라기보다 반쪽짜리 소리글자라고 생각하면 됩니다.

처음에는 모양을 형상화한 상형(象形)문자들을 만들었지만, 사회가 발전하면서 다양한 어휘가 폭발적으로 늘어나자 뜻을 나타내는 부분과 음을 나타내는 부분을 조합하여 형성(形聲)문자를 만들어 쓰게 되었습니다.
현재 사용하는 한자의 70% 이상이 형성문자에 해당됩니다.

그러므로 한자 공부는 음을 중심으로 하는 것이 바람직합니다.
다만 음이 같은 경우도 많지만, 음이 다른 경우도 많은 것이 문제입니다.
다행히 음이 다르지만 비슷한 경우가 많으며, 사람의 두뇌는 비슷한 경우를 유추할 수 있는 수평적 사고 능력을 가지고 있습니다.
이 Application 에서는 사람의 뇌가 큰 무리 없이 유추할 수 있는 음의 범위를 ‘초성, 모음, 받침’ 에서 하나만 바뀐 경우로 한정하여 학습하도록 구성하였습니다.

이 Application 에는 정부가 지정한 1800 한자가 모두 수록되어 있습니다.
