UVI24 nace para cubrir algunas necesidades dentro del mundo animal, sabiendo mucho antes donde te puede dar el servicio de urgencias que tu mascota necesita, testeado por el equipo de UVI24, estamos ganando unos minutos vitales para la vida de nuestros animales.

También ayudamos mediante nuestra funcionalidad incluida en la APP ¨Mascota Perdida¨ a encontrar con mucha más celeridad a tus animales en caso de que se pierdan. En definitiva, una aplicación pensada por y para el bienestar de nuestros animales de compañía.

La aplicación UVI24 ofrece un sistema gratuito con el que pulsando el botón o la huella para llamar, (servicio también gratuito), se pondrán en contacto con un centro de llamadas que le aplicará un breve protocolo de información para confirmar su localización, atender el motivo de la llamada y derivarlo al centro veterinario especializado más cercano con servicio de urgencias 24h donde se encuentre el usuario. Será también UVI24 quien se pondrá en contacto con el hospital o clínica veterinaria más cercano de la inminente llegada del animal, para que le estén esperando, facilitando la información que se le ha solicitado al usuario en el cuestionario anterior. Serán los facultativos que reciban la urgencia, los que decidan e informen al paciente del procedimiento a seguir, así como de los costes del servicio y del posible tratamiento para cada caso en particular.

Activos desde el 1 de Enero del 2016 en España, próximamente se podrá utilizar en Francia, Portugal, Italia, Alemania, Reino Unido, México, Perú, Argentina y muchos más países.
