As others have said, the app is pretty much useless. I am even unable to view my booking. I set the language of app to English, but the booking is retrieved in some other language, m guessing it's Korean.

They should totally fire their developers. They ARE losing business. I develop websites and apps for a living, and this kind of work will get me blacklisted. Horrendous. The app works for reservation. However, it acts as a container for their bad mobile website. How bad? It's in Korean and no way to change it.. So the app is in English but most of the other content like flight details are in Korean because it is not integrated into the app. Even if you use a browser, the same thing happens. You get redirected to the Korean site even if you were browsing in English. You are forced to use their desktop version, which is WORST It is very unresponsive and often hangs up during critical stages of booking a flight (like payment). That is the reason I was forced to use their mobile app for booking. In conclusion: Use the mobile up for reservation, use desktop for details, and prepare to WASTE your time and be furious.

Worst app ever!!????im searching mnl - cju and suddenly it changes to bkk - icn. Can't select multi-city too!! Nothing worked even signing in was a pain! -uninstall after this????????

Worst airline app. I need to sign in again in the app when i need to check in and it won't even show up on the app after i successfully checked in online. You cannot purchase ticket neither. i really don't see useful ofthis app AT ALL. Why make it so complicated?

Each update is a step in the right direction and Spring 2017 release is no different. Faster loading time and better UI. The reservation page is still a link to their website but at least now it's mobile friendly. For next update, please make the display of member card working offline and integrate the reservation process inside the app.

App keeps crashing. Error stopped error stopped error stopped. VERY FRUSTRATING.

What a total POS. No seat selection, finding booking is overly complicated. UI not intuative at all.

When I set the languge as English though I set religion in Korea it has occured error every times. I wonder your company knows that errors. It is really inconvenient.

never let me check in, so annoying. so many times i can't find my reservation. 아무리해도 체크인이 안됨 한두번이 아님. 불편해서 이용하고 싶지않음 게다가 컴퓨터로 체크인하고 싶어도 안됨 전화거니 예약은 다 되어있음. 아. 진짜

광고 Push notify 기본으로 켜져있는데 끄기가 안됩니다. 버튼을 누르면 알수없는 오류라고 합니다. 광고알림오는것 진짜싫은데 수정요청드립니다.

The app changed the day I selected by 1 day on my departure. I noticed the error by the app right away and called customer service to fix their error. Now they want to charge me an extra $300 to fix. The app is garbage and their customer service is even worse. I have traveled on Asiana several times, I will make sure this is the last time I fly Asiana and will make sure that none of my business partners and friends fly with the competition even if I have to pay the difference for their flights myself.

I don't know where to begin, but I can't open the app. It crashes every single time I open it. I MEAN EVERY SINGLE TIME. I hope the admin takes notice of the situation and takes an action to address the issue.

The latest "update" is terrible. The app doesn't load 90% of the time, it just gets stuck on the splash screen and doesn't continue from there. It doesn't remember user log-in, despite choosing the option to remember the user details. This makes the app more or less useless. And for crying out loud, please add an offline option for the membership card or start using cards again!

Difficult to use and often fails to load information

Never got to load it. Uninstalled and reinstalled as instructed but didn't resolve the problem.

Piece of craps. I am not Korean why do I need to enter my name in Korean to search for my ID????

Slow to navigate. No way to contact customer support from within the app. No display to show my tier status progress.

Shuts down every time

This app is utterly terrible, it keeps giving me missing image errors and it is dog slow and borderline unusable. It also constantly sends me push notifications in Korean.

What a terrible app, absolutely not user friendly, the design and navigation are a nightmare. You cannot navigate between the options without signing-in everytime. The app is a huge let down and damages the airlines reputation...I enjoyed flying asiana, but the app- hell no

Just like any other Korean stuffs that have to do with payments, reservations, and check-ins, it gives you thought that why Korea always does this. It also gives you suicidal thoughts. Great.

Absolutely horrible UI and if you don't have a Korean credit card and install the unnecessary and forced security programs then you can't make a purchase. I suppose they're trying to be only a domestic airline???? (That flies all over the world....)

It's slow, it doesn't save login details. It uses an internal browser to login. Poor design. Unresponsive. Absolutely useless.

The user interface should be redesigned so that it looks like those of top airlines such as Singapore Airlines and Emirates. The look seems really dated. Also, the app seems to register as malware by Norton Mobile Security so please look into this.
