SSIS SCORE

Spin Surgery Injury Severity (SSIS) Score atau Skor Prediksi Keselamatan Pasien pada operasi Tulang Belakang (PKPOTB) terdiri dari 5 Kriteria (Kehidupan, Saraf, Tulang , Otot dan Kulit). Kelima Kriteria tersebut diuraikan menjadi 32 Paramater (berupa pertanyaan).

Saat mengisi SSIS Score anda akan menemukan beberapa parameter yang muncul berulang. Parameter yang sama tersebut nilainya berbeda tergantung masuk dalam kriteria yang mana parameter tersebut.

Pasien hanya dapat mengisi parameter dan tidak mengetahui hasil/Skornya. Untuk mengetahui hasil pengisian parameter, pasien harus menghubungi dokter yang bersangkutan.

SSIS Score diprakarsai oleh DR.dr. Rahyussalim, Sp.OT(K)-Spine Spin Surgery Injury Severity (SSIS) Score or Score Predicts Patient Safety in operation Spine (PKPOTB) consists of five criteria (Life, nerves, bones, muscles and skin). The fifth criteria are broken down into 32 Parameters (in the form of a question).

When filling out your Score SSIS will find several parameters that are recurring. The same parameter value is different depending falls within the criteria which these parameters.

Patients can simply fill in the parameters and do not know the results / score is. To find out the results of the charging parameters, the patient should contact the doctor concerned.
