This by far has been the worst app I have ever used. DOESN'T WORK. it's sad that they spent time and effort on the actual security system and turn around and give the app job (which is just as important as the actual system) to some random elementary school person in China. Very disappointing and you are losing on sales as I am returning my system for another with a much better supporting app.

After adding your device use "bind push" under device sharing. Once you do this Alexa can add the An-Home smart home skill with the S/N and password

App works, but listed as malware when I run scans on my phone.

Awesome device for the price!! Not super easy to setup, but after that the thing works great!

Junk Chinese Software. Very little options. Poorly built. Barely works.

Getting better with each update. But still needs A Lot of Work... Especially with the icon problem in the notification tray, that stays ON forever, or until restart...

This app does not work at all! If you bought the alarm system to use with the app just return it. The app does not function at all. Don't even bother downloading. Obviously the company who made the alarm contracted with someone to create an app for it but they hired a moron who is unable to make it work and just quit trying. I wish they would hire someone competent so people who bought this to use with their phone could actually use the product.

Will not link to Alexa. If I can't get that to work it's going back to Amazon.

Alarm goes off and off and off and off

Worst app ever, cannot connect over network, period. No point for security system when away. I would love to give no score, but to write review I have to.This system is going back.

Used to work before the update. Now it only works via your home network. If someone breaks into your home you won't know until you reach home.

Good app but only able to control the alarm over WiFi once on 3g it will not connect so no control over alarm when out of the house. the only reason I bought it so will be returned to Amazon from a refund. shame coz it had the makings of a good product but no support at all?

Keeps crashing and disconnecting. Unable to connect the alarm accessories. I cannot return my purchase as I brought it overseas.

Aweful!! Loved the alarm system until I tried pairing w the app! App isn't even connected and the alarm goes off. Returning alarm..

I had the older SSG system they patched it and the new version crashes to no end. I bought a new system not knowing it ran on the same app. It just keeps saying connection timeout or fail FIX IT!!!!

After opening and closing the application, the notification stays ON forever ! The only way to remove the notification is by restarting the phone !!! Please fix this...

Cant load more than 10 accessories. .so you are stuck with default 24hrs sensors settings..cant edit accessories. .any solution?

Worked good at first but then I got my first alarm and a very loud siren notification alert goes off on my phone every three minutes no matter how many times I acknowledge the notification it won't stop with the very loud siren alarm EVERY THREE MINUTES!

Doesn't work. Couldn't find device. I was sitting right in front of the alarm hub trying to connect it to my app. Useless junk!

App constantly lose the connection with the Hub WiFi. Can not control remotely.
