The tutorial of side split does work any more it ,actually these videos are privet now.
It very does work and for that I gives it a 5 star because I been trying to do the split for so long
It's really working for me but I don't think it's beginners
It is awesome now I can do the split and I'm so happy because I can do a handstand and everything else that's gymnastics it's just I could not do the splits and now I can I just can't believe this change me that I can do the splits I give it 5 because this is so good you should get this I don't care about the other people that say anything you should get this app no matter what
In The first week I was an inch from the floor but before I was six inches from it it really work

The splits are too difficult for beginners
Plus this app needs to add some warm ups before the actual exercises

I already know how to do left leg splits. I want to learn how to do right leg splits. This only shows to exercises to do this. So I guess it is okay.
It actually workes perfectly I did the splits on the 30th day. I love I don't know what Secert Agent Lauren is talking about
I had been trying for so long to get my splits and I got it in 30 days.
2 Limited tutorials are on YouTube. No guidance. Too many ads.
The extra one star is because I can't do side splits and that's one of the excersizes you need to do otherwise awesome ♥❕
I can get my split all the way down but it hurts for me so i need to try this app now because i love it.

I love doing splits all day every day but there are a whole bunch if adds but my splits were three inches off the ground know I only got one inch off the ground yay

Could only open the app 1 time. On top of that every time I'd try and open a lesson it'd bring up an ad and ON TOP OF THAT it would exit out right after
Slips are a basic stretch but the main thing you need to be on a competition team so this helps you so enjoy as much as I did!
It only shows you two exercise leg risses and side sblet but the thing am talking about is I do not know how to do a side sublet so I went to another app that showed me how to really do it please FIX IT
This shows you how to do two stretches- neither of which are splits. I was hoping it would help me be able to work toward getting my splits back for gymnastics, but it doesn't look like it will do that. Also there are so many annoying pop-up ads

Theres only to things you can do and i can't do split so how can i do a side split

Please fix. Someone has made the link private. 'Side split' can mean a variety of things so tutorial needs to be fixed to show what your plan actually involves.
