The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App has been totally redesigned for an optimal user experience for Peach Pass customers. This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, you can change your toll mode (where applicable), view transactions, view statements, and modify registered vehicles and billing info. If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.
In addition to our standard features listed above, there are several NEW features.
Here’s what’s new:
• Redesigned user-friendly interface and feature-rich screens
• Register for a new Peach Pass Account in the app
• New Account Maintenance abilities
o View transactions by toll access point
o Receive alerts for toll violations
o Update/change billing information
o Add and edit new vehicles
• Receive notifications for account activity such as low balances and credit card expirations
• Integrated social media access to Facebook & Twitter
SPECIAL NOTES:
1. Each time the application is opened, a splash screen will display a warning of “No Application Use While Driving”. The App cannot be accessed unless the user swipes to continue, confirming that the app is not being used while driving.
2. When you change your toll mode, you must wait 15 minutes before using the I-85 Express Lanes to allow for system processing.
Peach Pass encourages you to drive safely and strongly discourages use of Peach Pass GO! while actively driving.

With this app you aren't able to change your toll mode consistently. Sometimes it will work, but most of the time it won't. Use the website if you need to change modes. This app can't be trusted.

I have written to customer support/service, I have called them and still cannot log into the app. I have uninstalled multiple times, changed PW, user information, etc... and still nothing. It worked flawlessly before the recent update. I can still use the website but what is the point of that when there is supposed to be an app?

This app is not working on the Droid but my partner has a iPhone and it works perfectly. So can you do something so it works on all phones. The old app was better

The old version worked perfectly. Ever since recent upgrade, it logged me out and I can't get back in. Tells me "Something went wrong. Please try again." At the bottom of the keypad. Went in and made whole new account yesterday at the suggestion of customer service after uninstalling and the reinstalling the app. Didn't help a bit as this morning it was doing the same exact thing. I can still log in through the website thank goodness. Not sure why the old app wasn't left well enough alone.

While you work out the bugs with the new version, offer up the old version in the meantime. The version before the redesign still works, as I still have it on my old phone. That version also has the capability to save of the password.

The application does not save login information. Remembering login credentials on the go makes this difficult to use. Please add a remember password option.

I used this app for changing toll mode regularly. but after the recent fancy update. toll mode change function no longer work. the problem is it won't tell you it failed to change the toll mode. Until you notice your credit card got charged, you then realize that your toll mode was not in non-toll mode!

Forgets your login and you have to enter it every time you go into the app. This leaves you wanting to have a simple and unsecured password, but that would leave your online account vulnerable to hacking. I would prefer to have my login info stored on my phone then have the app request a pin to open the app on the device. This pin would only be used to open the app on the phone, not used online in any way.

A very, very basic principle of good mobile app design: remember the user's login info. If I need to make a cc transaction, then do a password challenge. You can do better than this, peach pass people.

The one useful feature of this app was to be able to change the toll mode while travelling. That feature does not work, and there seem to be no plans to fix it, so into the bit bucket it goes!
