1) Open the DND Complaint Box app
2) Identify and tap on the call/sms you want to register complaint against
3) Select the appropriate category of the call
That's it. Your part is done. The app sends an SMS in the required format to your telecom service provider who is legally obligated to take it up further. You will receive complaint registration confirmation and subsequent notifications on the progress of the complaint.
DND complaints should be registered within 3 days of receiving the unsolicited call/sms. Hence, DND Complaint Box shows only those calls/sms that have been received within in the last 72 hours from numbers that are not stored in your contact list.
Important Information for Dual Sim Device Users: While sending the DND complaint, please make sure that you send it from the number on which you received the unsolicited call/sms. To do this, please update your settings to enable you to choose the number from which you want to send the SMS.

Airtel complained me many times that time is not appearing on the SMS. Also there should be a field to add further description. Another problem with MIUI (Mi phones) that messages in "Notification" folder are not detected. Uninstalling now. Mail me when you rectify.

after selecting options and sending msgs from this app i am receiving calls from my service provider that the reason for telemarketing is not complete i.e there are multiple options mention which exactly was the case. e.g the option banking,credit card,insurance,loan all is one option selecting which makes the request incomplete which further cannot be completed unless one specific reason is mention. so multiple separate options should be given and complaint message should be sent correspondingly

I have received plenty of messages like midcap, abcmyu etc but they don't appear in list may I know why
