About Daydream Color Change Clock
This daydream clock can display the current time and date, number of unread Gmail messages, number of unread text messages, next alarm, and current weather at your location. The background color can be be set by the user, or can be automatically changed based on the current battery percentage (100=green, 0=red).
The information is presented in a nice, text only format, that slides in from the right and out to the left. Slide speed is user configurable.
User can set the following:
Each slide duration
Background color
Text color
Should current weather be displayed
Should next alarm be displayed
Should the user be notified when new GMail or text messages arrive
The following permissions are used:
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION -- used to determine current location for weather.
VIBRATE -- used to notify the user that a GMail or text has arrived.
INTERNET -- used to contact the weather provider (once per daydream) to obtain weather information.
NETWORK ACCESS -- used to contact weather provider and for Google Analytic integration
READ_SMS -- used to determine when new text messages arrive.
READ_CONTENT_PROVIDER -- used to determine when new GMail arrives
GET_ACCOUNTS -- used to determine when new GMail arrives.

It shows 4 screens. First is time (great) second is weather (great) third says "medium text" (problem) last is notifications (great). My problem is I can't find any option to edit or remove the third page so it no longer reads "medium text" . fix this and I will fix my rating. Running on android 4.4 lg34c

I love this program! However, it doesn't show weather for my location. And, how do I set this to landscape mode (other than phone settings)? Maybe have random color change regardless of battery level and whether or not the phone is plugged.

I absolutely love this app I was doing a demonstration of the phone and my associates saw the daydream app pop up once I began to charge my phone and without question they loved the phone even more especially after seeing the app it's a winner plus it's free that's definitely another big win.

This daydream app is nice but the temperature is wrong. It is November 23rd Autumn and 2am yet the temperature says it's 84 degrees Fahrenheit and clear skies. It's actually 46 degrees Fahrenheit and light cloud at this time. The temperature does not change it stays the same whatever time of day so don't have the temperature with the clock it is unreliable.
