30 Day Squats Challenge for Android
He (A very good friend who said he's tired of hearing me whine about my body...)said work on your flabby ass. I said yes sir. I found this app and I love it. I'm only in the beginner level but the app makes it super-easy to achieve a daily goal. I can't wait to get through this 30 days and I'm actually in day 10 tomorrow. So that I can kick it up a notch... One step out of beginner level. Thank you this app rocks and I already feel my butt and thighs getting more firm.
I'm on the fourth day and my thighs feel sore. If you can add a little bit of other workouts as you do this challenge and drink plenty of water with a good eating habit, then you should be seeing results soon enough!
As a high school student my day cant really fit in this and 30 on day 1 no. I did try I did 12
This seems to be working, started Friday and now it is Sunday, I'm am definitely feeling it in my thighs. A friend of mine recommended it to me. Beginner is still a little tough for me but I want that booty, so I'm pushing through it. Simple to follow app. Some of these apps can get a little too complicated.
Great for beginners I've always quit but not this time! Love how u can't see what's in store for the next day so you don't whimp out! I'm on my 3rd month and I plan on going to the end Do monthly pictures it helps I've seen unbelievable results!
The app is great and simple the only thing its missing is somewhere to log other intervals. I personally break the numbet in half when it gets more difficult. Would like to be able to record thay in case I lose track.
Had always wanted that Nicki Minaj Bubble Butt...and when i try something i Give up after a day...But this App helped...i gotten serious doing the workouts...am on the 16th day and its working out for me...I love it. My butt has a difference compared to when i Started. If you say its useless....Well Honey you are the useless human I love the App.

I'm enjoying it so far, it works, I'm on day 4, if you open the app and just do something at least once a day you will still get great results. I do my challenge and other exercises daily. Good luck
I downloaded this app not to loose weight or really gain anything but a bigger bottom half. I can't say it won't hurt the first three days but trust me it gets so much easier so power through. I can say that even by day seven you will see change in your thighs. I had taken day one pics and you really only see a difference in legs but not butt. I am currently on day 8 and its alot easier to do 90 squats. So if you are looking for an app that will work with time, then download now
Love it!!! I'm on day 3 and I'm sore in my thighs but I love it because it gives me a goal to work for at the end of every day when I get home. Before I go to bed I do it.
On day 14 I started seeing differences..it is not hard and it only takes around 20 mins of your time.
It flashes a number on the screen that tells you how many squats to perform. Nothing on doing it in sets or even a timer for rest periods. It has pictures of the exercises to perform but it's no different than a book or a poster.
This game is horrible. Rather download "30 day fitness challenge"
Takes mins to do. Everyone has 3 to 5mins to do this. If you cant give yourself this miniscual amt of time then something is wrong.
I am on day 18 of beginners level 1 and the results are noticeably amazing. I'm getting compliments on how perky and sexy my butt has become. Love Love Love

Unfortunately 30 squats on the first day is quite a lot and it makes your legs ache.
I've set the reminder every day and turned it on and it never notifies me so unless I'm at the gym I forgot to check the app
I love it . At first I was surprised to see 30 on the first day but then I was excited like one day you do 120 and the next day 40 hahahahahah you never know what's coming.
Awesome!! I slapped my sisters thigh and her thigh was just jelly compared to my tensed thighs coz of this awesome app!! My thighs get better and stronger by the day
Really disappointed that beginner level on the first day starts off with 30 squats. That is not beginner level!!! After doing those squats 3 days ago my thighs burn and hurt every time I sit down, stand up, or go up and down flights of stairs!!
Good app, wish it would let you see what's coming up in future days though! Notifications motivating you would be awesome too
Its a very grt app n it helps u hv a nice figure I really enjoy doing squats....ryt not I have nice figure n my butt is even getting big....even my fat stomach is now flat...I really love dis app
I can ALWAYS find time for two ( or more) super sets of " the king of lower body exercise" I use 25 pound dumbbells ! Have been doing intermediate level 1 for 2 weeks and YEAH !! I see a difference! This and the three exercises app are the best together!! And I am an older woman

I'm only on day 11, so I can't say how intense Beginner Level 1 is going to get, but I think it's great so far! I got nervous after it went from 30 to 50 so quickly, but the amount of squats you have to do go up and down. You don't go from 30 to 50 to 90 to 120. The amount for day ten was 45. I'm already seeing slight results in my comparison pics, so I'm really excited!
Don't forget you don't have to do them all at once! Day 1 is 30? So do 15 in the morning & 15 when you get home/before bed... Hope this helps:)
I've used apps like this before but this one is far better than any other as it enables you to pick your ability. And with two difference plans for each ability it will keep you going for a few months.

Beginner level day 1 = 30, day 2 = 50, day 3= 75. Beginner for who?

iPhone app has movement. This does not.
The reminder made me did not miss the workout..and I learn several types that I did not even know

Great app! Always done the 30day challenge in the past! People that are complaining about it being hard for beginners are hilarious! You don't necessarily have to do 30 in one go...do them throughout the day s d break them down in sets of 10s! Great that it has an option to notify you too! Havung a new baby means I'm rather forgetful so that option comes in handy! Worth it and great results
