Absolute rubbish. PIN cannot be entered to finish the transaction due to a known problem with the app. They apparently are working on it but until then I'm getting a refund for the square. Might be okay if/when they fix it.

I've used square for 6 years. Square is a game changer for small businesses. When I first started processing credit cards it was horribly expensive for the machine processor and difficult to key in all the numbers into a cell phone. I am so grateful for sqareup, it's the reason I got a smart phone.

Stupid loyalty program. They charge $25/M for a loyalty program that doesn't work. My customers and I got so frustrated that I had to download an external loyalty program from a different software company. Everytime we contact SQUARE they refer us to someone named Phil, this Phil sends us email with instructions we already have or we can get from Google.

I would have appreciated a heads-up that my chip reader needed 3 updates before I sat down to take a client's payments in their office.

The app works great for what I need for, and that's to process payments. I love that it sends me my money faster than other services I've used. Had issues with one of the hardware, but they helped me quickly and beyond what I was asking for. Would like the website store to not be as slow as it is, but the app works great.

If you have issues ... you can't get help. The POS app.... don't contains all my POS transactions. Lost end of Feb to May. Uninstall & reinstall... NOTHING!

I've been using this for a year without almost no problems. I say almost cause recently I was shorted $50 but I can't find a way to get a hold of someone to fix this problem. Never got my money back cause it was sooo long ago but I did get to talk to someone and got some help. Thanks. I really like to use square.
