It says error when I try to fulfill orders. Sad the app doesn't what it's meant to do.

I like it cause it's easier to keep track of orders. But every time I try to put in carrier and tracking number and then mark as fulfilled, an error comes up, saying it's a server error and to try later... that's pretty annoying! Hope you guys fix this soon.

I'm busy and not always able to wait until I get home to my laptop to do certain tasks. I need to be able to upload a new item (pics & details included) & edit current products ... This app is ok .. Needs to be better .. other e-commerce sites are already ahead of you on this

Not a replacement for desktop, and I'm so glad. Perfect for small tasks, like marking an order fulfilled & adding tracking info right from the P.O., adding discount codes, and deleting/hiding inventory as you sell at shows or events-- all the stuff i hate firing up the computer for. (I edit all product photos on my computer, so not being able to create listings on mobile doesn't matter to me.)

We sell stuff on a website and on Amazon. Orders are fulfilled after we email packing slips as attachments to the warehouse. With this app, I can download the orders to my phone as PDF files (AKA "print"). Then I can attach the files from email. With this app, I don't need a computer to do it, I can forward website orders to the warehouse from my phone. By contrast, Amazon's seller app doesn't do this and even sends me to a browser app to see the packing slip, and no browsers, as far as I have seen, are able to print/save to PDF. So, this is just totally awesome. Thanks for putting that feature in.

Squarespace has knocked another one out of the park with the Commerce app. On the website end, my customers have no issues ordering with their intuitive system. Once the orders have been processed I get my notification and can view all the details on the phone or tablet without hesitation. After I have packaged and shipped the orders, I can mark them as fulfilled, scan the tracking barcode for easy entry and send them a confirmation email. Everything takes less then 30 seconds! Hands down, impressive!

The app fundamentally has promise. But tracking information for carriers in the EU direct to US sites which means every customer ends up emailing saying tracking information isn't recognised. They use different codes, so would be nice to see them recognised. Currently have to leave tracking blank and send another email by hand which is sub-optimal...

Often times I open the app and it says "orders" but is showing me inventory. Otherwise, it would make sense to add a basic feature of allowing the notifications from this app to be different than the system default notification. Plz add that feature.

Reported a email resend error and immediately received a reply about a fix. Few weeks later the issue was resolved in an update. Very convenient and reliable app

My shop is currently powered via Bigcartel .. where through their app .. I can do everything from upload a new item (pics & details included) .. create a new discount coupon, edit current products ... everything .. Im moving to SS to integrate my blog & shop ... this app needs to be better .. other e-commerce sites are already ahead of you on this

I'm so glad this app is available. I can update inventory from anywhere now. Would be nice if we could make sales (using Stripe) with this app as well! Then it would be Awesome! Would come in handy at craft shows, etc.

Quick update.. the app now lets you confirm with tracking numbers on shipments on business accounts (tracking number with letters in it). Just copy and paste the tracking. Thanks for the fix, devs!

No functionality other than notifications like email? Still no marketplace feed functionality with SS in general? Just really slick site designs with slow load times from web designers wanting to hip on the ecomm bandwagon. Leave the real ecommerce to Shopify and Magento. I'm actually migrating my SS site this month to Shopify so i can get all the merchandising and REAL ecommerce functionalities that I need out of a $30/mo ecommerce cloud service. You guys need to really get ecomm people on board internally

Yay! Another app to run in the background and do little but tell me what my email already does. No way to edit products, no way to edit the status bar on my site, and still no integrated shipping option (etsy can do it without 3rd party subscriptions, why cant you?). Plus, orders are either pending or fulfilled. No middle ground, which is frustrating for custom orders. People want to know their items are being worked on. If it wasnt such a PITA to move my site, I would.
