Finally got it reinstalled and working after almost 2 months. But where is the bucket list?!?! The only reason I kept trying to reinstall is because it seems to be the only app that has shared calenders, to do lists and bucket/shopping lists. But now, if I can't get everything I need from 1 app, maybe I should go with an app that didn't lose ALL my info.

For some reason it stopped working and we had to uninstall and reinstall everything losing all info

If not for the recent update issues this would have a 5 star from me. My band uses this to coordinate personal time off and gigs! It makes our booking manager's job a billion times easier. We can also make notes on gigs regarding unique set up instructions, meet times, and odd ball directions for out of the way venues! This is truly the BEST shared calendar app we have found! AND WE TRIED SEVERAL! A couple of bugs with the new install, and these guys have totally been on top of communicating and fixing.

Had previous version which worked fine until it lost all our photos. This version doesn't work, you can't see who messages are from, it's slow and photos come up as blank white boxes you have to click on to see the pictures

Can't login anymore.

Family password stopped working, no option for admin changing the password, using the app for lost password reset results in error. Support/help link results in error.

Would love to see a colour coded calendar as in the calendar otself, not the event. Also if it could be specific to each user. And to have a check list within the to-do list! Really like the photo editing and sticker selection. Team replied my query rather quickly, so happy to be able to use the app now. Thank you. App tends to crash when taking, editing and posting notes or pictures with error code (500)

This app has deleted random appointments off my calendar, which then when they come up, I don't even know I have them until they are confirmed by the doctors' offices . Also, it has deleted events after a few months had passed. Would like to see this app keep events for up to at least a year prior.

This was not my thing at all. I downloaded because of some iPhone friends and was disappointed. Either the App is way better on iPhone or my friends have horribly low standards. The app has key flaws to the basic design, like you can't see who is posting because it does not display the name, you can click on anyone in the family/friend list and post as them, the notification system is flawed big time as it does not always notify you of someone's post. Overall, it's not worth it to me, I am removing it.

Great! Its perfect now! The updated version rocks!d but sometime refresh does not get latest msg or to do update. clear cache also no use, need to reinstall

Downloaded this app against my better judgement beause friends of mine use it on iOS and do nothing but praise it. Thus far it's ok, but profile pictures are not showing up and the native calendar sync function causes the app to crash every time. Also , if I add an event to the calendar, I should'nt receive a notification that I added said event, that makes no sense (it's like getting a text to tell me I sent a text...). Please correct these issues so I can rate five stars and move on with this potentially great app.

Couple of features available with the old app are not available anymore after installing the new one. Not able to set icon per person. For having a central agenda in the family for making appointments it is a great tool. No double appointments anymore and no forgotten appointments.

Worse app ever!! Doesn't work and more then half the time the events don't sync up with the rest of the family!!!

Why can I no longer export to my phone calendar? I have an android phone and there is no proper widget on squarehub so I use my phone calendar. But now I have to balance different calendars because squarehub does not cater for all!

Thanks heap for taking over this app we all hope your team sticks with nurturing this app for years to come and opening new scrolls to help keep us fixated with your brilliant free product. Your relentless pursuit of excellence is very special indeed.

New phone and now this app is no bueno. It no longer exports to my phone calendar and has been buggy all around please fix so I can rate this app the 5 stars it used to deserve

This has been called the "Custody Calender"! The perfect App to coordinate with an ex to take care of your children! It used to pair up with the calender installed in your phone so if you add something in Sqaurehub it will update all parties calenders...Sounds great right! But then I bought a new phone! The app Does not work at all! I contact the customer service which was a total waste of my time! Can someone please fix this once great app!

So today I had to get a new phone because my old one died. Reinstalled Squarehub and even with the correct login and password can't access it anymore. Everybody on my group is on this app. So what do I do now? Very disappointed!

However, the overall options on the app work very well for what my college and I wanted...a easy to tell at a glance if we would share a ride or go to work separately. It's worked pretty well. Until a week ago. At that point we list connectivity. I was unable to get the old account back up so created a new on...so far all is good again. We shall see.

The only problem is on androids you cannot @#$&in view pictures posted or profile pictures. If you fix this, I will rate it a fat five stars!

No longer allows you to login or reset login info. I received the email, but it still is NOT working. Please fix. I'm trying to stay loyal to you guys.

I had to hard reset my phone and now I can't login nor recover my info. Just receive errors. Now I've lost everything, especially my calendar items.

I was no longer able to post or receive calendar updates. I contacted customer service with no response. I uninstalled the app and installed it again. Now I can't even log in...

Good in theory but missing basic functionality. I'm recently separated and will soon be fully divorced. Like may divorced/divorcing couples, my ex and I alternate custody weekends with the kids. As a result, a basic need of any calendar app would be to set recurrence of events on a biweekly basis rather than weekly. With my current method (MS Outlook), this is standard functionality. In addition, if (as is necessary for certain special events like weddings/birthdays/vacation/etc) my ex and I want to swap weekends here or there, Outlook has native ability to handle exceptions to the recurrence as individual changes without changing things globally in a recurring event. Sadly, Squarehub does not have this. And as the company was founded by a divorced father wanting to manage things like this, it's a bit surprising that this functionality isn't there. And I simply don't have the time to manually enter in weekends out through the entire next year or so to help us plan (my Outlook recurrence currently goes to end of 2017 with a single action). I don't particularly like managing this through Outlook. But unless Squarehub can implement these features, it's simply not usable.

Within 10 minutes of testing this app I already found 2 serious bugs in basic features. 1 App doesn't display images in the feed(!). 2 Deleting a comment to a post removed the initial message. The comment ended up as a single post which cannot be deleted.

please bring back the old squarehub. it is the best and almost without bug!

Not getting pictures or name of people that are making replies. Hard to keep everybody straight in large groups like ours

Disappointing. No longer works. My kids, and I after I installed the "new" one, cannot log in. (500 errors). Old one is ok, so not wrong password. Also, Help is not working & customer service is not responding. Is this service even still functional? I even tried to delete the family account, after successfully deleting my kids, and the app only "unexpectedly stops."

I used the oder version of this app non stop. Between mine and my husband's work and coaching schedules and our boys' activities shedules it was great. I tried downloading the new version and it won't even let me log in. Going to have to search for a new app to start all over again now.

We've been using this app for a year or two now. I went to check for an update, but none existed! When I searched, I found it again and was allowed to download it even though it was being used. My guess is something happened and the company either sold or shut down and the app is no longer being supported or it is being revamped. I'm leaning towards no longer being supported as there is no support page or contact person. I will most likely be deleting both apps as they are no longer functional.
