Phoenix Comicon

It's a huge event. So you invest A LOT of time selecting panels, celebrities, buying tickets for seating. Then the app just dumps everything. Doesn't allow me to sign in. It's just blank. I'm super pissed Phoenix Comicon puts zero value on my time and money.

Please just bring back the old Conquest. It was so much better than this. The search is unreliable at best, the whole thing regularly crashes, but my ENTIRE con schedule evaporating into thin air is the straw that broke the camels back. As much as this thing costs (including added fees for a lanyard I don't actually want), we'd appreciate you putting more into your app.

Besides deleting my hours of work scheduling, really needs better sorting, and to flag new or updated panels.

I just finished making my initial panelist for the entire convention yesterday logged in today to finalize it and everything was gone. I wish they'd bring back the conquest on the website I have no idea why they got rid of it at least it actually worked and you could print out your panelist or look at it from the website on your phone

needs a way to sign into your account so schedules can be synced. i added so much stuff to my schedule that i barely remember and i open it today to be greeted by nothing in it. fix the app properly (i will get a program at the con itself regardless bit i was rly hoping not to because of the app)

Got notification that the fix was in for dropping schedule. They lied. Added programing to my schedule yesterday.....All Gone Today! Neef to download schedule eveytime I open app. Takes 4 or 5 trys to do it. I think just printing what you needed is a faster. Why don't you look at the Dragon Con app? You might learn something!

Pretty useless. Can't sync across devices means can't plan on computer and con with phone. Also can't coordinate "wish list" with wife like we could with the old app. On top of that if you actually go through and load a schedule it has a tendency to crash and wipe everything. The up side? You can look up programs and times. It's no "Conquest."

App crashes evertime I click on anything. Sent a report about it, evertime. For Phoenix Con reportedly being one of the best organized, they need to figure how to run their app.

Where did my schedule go? What good is this app if it won't keep what I've chosen. Absolutely horrible.

Worthless. Every time I open the app it says it's stopped working. Can't do anything with it. Tried it with another phone and it does the same thing.

The app updated and I lost my schedule. It should have a way to save your schedule.

Installed it and it always closes saying it isn't responding. Would be great if it worked.

They finally made the update for it to work on older androids and I only got it to work for like 30 minutes before it crashed and now I can't open it again because it keeps crashing.

It crashes every time I click in a guest. I've re installed it three times.

Haven't played around too much, seems like an improvement since last year's, but I'm seeing reviews that our schedules don't save? Now I'm afraid to use it. Also, why can't I log in like the website? Shouldn't I be able to log in, and from there, save/sync my schedule? Please hire new coders, or work on it. At least it's an improvement from the previous app.

Junk. Crashes as soon as I tap on anything in the app. Is also forcing me to enable Bluetooth for some reason.

App keeps slowing down then forcing me to use bluetooth. I would change this to more than two stars if I knew why my phone is using bluetooth. This makes me very wary.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times and can't get it to work. It's just stuck on the loading screen.

App doesn't even load. Have tried reinstalling it. Just asks to turn on Bluetooth and sits on a black screen with the logo for a minute. Then crashes :/

installed, uninstalled, reinstalled. conqust kept disappearing during phoenix comicon 2016 and for fancon it will not run at all. keeps force closing as soon as it opens. 10/24/16 App just updated and still has same issues

Worked great for con 2016 now won't even open for fan fest at all.

I continue to have issues with this app. I would give up if i thought i could count on getting a program. Last year I didn't need a program because I was able to set up my schedule in conquest. This year was awful. I loaded up conquest multiple times only to watch it vanish. Went back to the program and a highlighter.

Didn't work at first. Suddenly on day two it starts. Excellent guys. thanks very much. I hate the tiny print on the printed program. I hope there will be a 2017 version.

Keeps saying it needs an update. I have tried repeatedly to do it then it always says unable to update. I'm about to just uninstall for good.

I was about to give this a good review when suddenly half of the things I added to my con quest disappeared as I was looking at it! I put a lot of time into that, what a waste.

I had no problems whatsoever, and was able to enjoy the Con more this year because of the app. There will always be improvements needed, and CC15 was better than CC14, so I am sure that FF15 and CC16 will be even better than issues expressed elsewhere.

The app would not let me login. Then the website deleted my selected panels, needs to be fixed.
