doesnt even open or load

I thought it would be good for my kids but I don't want to sign in for a cartoon

I downloaded the app, and every thing I click on says "sign in one time" and says something about signing in through a cable provider. However, there is no obvious place to do so since the "sign in" tab does not work.

Like everyone said you have to have cable service. I understand issues with the network. Then charge a small fee for the app. Like another reviewer said do it like nickelodeon!

Why can't you be like the Nick app here's how the Nick app works I have a cable wifi but I don't have cable I try to watch every Nick show and then press the cable as the same wifi then I got to watch every Nick show

My children love this app so much they even learn not to fight

My little girl loves Sprout, but also loves to hold my phone. So when she is watching Sprout her fingers touch the screen and cause disruption of the show. There should be a parental lock feature that allows little ones to watch without accidentally closing the app or advancing/rewinding the program.

I downloaded, entered my xfinity info (i have this channel at home because its the only channel my daughter watches), and it wont play any videos. It does nothing. I click play and nothing happens. Tried on 4g and wifi-full service. Very disappointing

The UI is too busy and complicated for younger toddlers and it's constantly throwing up token errors preventing videos from being played, often requiring you to log out and in again with your provider info, or the app just crashes entirely.

I have sprout! I log in with Cox and it says I don't have this channel in my subscription. Can't use. Very upsetting to my son. They already got rid of the goodnight show which upset my son.

They have me (I am 26)and my 30 year old uncle favorite Sprout cartoon call Sydney Sailboat❤❤❤ He be singing the theme song and his daughter be laughing

I wanted to use the app so my son could watch the shows he loves at daycare when at home but since we are Dish customers it doesn't let us :(

I can't get it to work because this app doesn't have PlayStation Vue as a provider. Very disappointing! :(

It won't let me enter my TV provider info properly . Every time I enter my user name, it changes some of the letters and adds other letters. Deleted the app.

I downloaded the app went through the steps yet nothing plays! I press the play button and nothing still!!! Its very frustrating.

Newly updated yet STILL says I don't have this channel? Why won't you fix this so we that have a TV subscription can let our children watch? I'm authenticated YET IT SAYS I DON'T SUBSCRIBE! How does that happen?

This app does absolutely nothing but give kids false hope if you don't pay for cable. Greedy joke. Won't be buying or supporting these shows ever again. Thanks for proving that money comes before everything, even children.

Such a disappointment! My daughter is always taking her older brothers iPad to watch sprout. So a tablet was given to her and I thought this was my key to stop the from taking his. Well the app does not work at all on the tablet!!! I have the app on all my Apple products and if works great but not from Google play..please fix it!

This app is absolutely TERRIBLE. This app doesn't work at all for Android products. You have to sign in with your cable provider, which is unfair for people that don't have it/can't afford it. It freezes and has tons of glitches. It also has inappropriate language for children. Not to mention, when you search for The Bernstein Bears it pops up with some totally different bear thing. Why are the majority of kid's apps always the worst? The creators of this app has much innovation to take care of!!

My son was so excited when we found this app. He is autistic and caillou is his favorite show. I downloaded it and signed in and we kept trying different videos but the app froze or glitched every time. Sad!

Sprout Games & Videos is way better then this. You would think this app will work with you have signed in with your with your charter spectrum or ect.
