Sprint IP Relay

This app used to be decent, but there's been a huge decline in the quality of the operators over the last few months. Now, I constantly get operators that type very slowly and who misspell a lot. I'm very disappointed with this service; they need to hire better people...... Also, with the new UI design, they need to fix the text box because currently the "send" key covers up the end of the text box, and because of that, you aren't able to see the words you're typing until about 8 characters later. This makes it harder to type and that's annoying.

Big improvement!

I like the new interface over the old one. When you have to make a call and you don't want to have to depend on a hearing person this works well. I became deaf late in life, still learning ASL. Purple is great if you sign well, I will get there but when a text or email won't work, this is my go to app

Hate it!!! Liked old version with black background, fast service. Now with this new app, slow operator, too bright screen, it SUUCCCKKSSS!!!! Hate it! Gotta remove this app for good!

App is good but is in need of major UI haul! Need to match UI language. It does more than fair job as it is supposed to do.

Except GA being entered when click ENTER, better if that's fixed to ENTER just being ENTER and GA has to be typed in when done

Thus works well when I know there's a call. My text messages have a ring tone and the phone vibes.....I can feel it when it's in my purse....or someone will say " your phone is ringing." ...this doesn't do that. Unless I happen to see "incoming call" .... there's no sound, no vibe, flash, no beep, at least ....not a loud one. That would be very helpful.

Doesn't work on tablet ,which they should have this apps for tablet , if they could program for mobile phone then it could and should have program the apps that suit for tablet also

On the apple version I can save conversations by emailing to myself or copying the text. But the android offers no options to do so. The only thing I can do is screenshot but if I have a long conversation it does not let me see the beginning to screenshot. Highly disappointed. Please update this flaw!

As some app

I love this so much because it save my data plan a lot. I sometime use video chat with interpreter during on 4g LTE. But it took up data so much. This need improve system ui and design because when i open this app and it look old. I don't feel refresh. It would be nice if it allow to paste a number. I know its a lot of work but trust me it will be worth. My major is computer science and I learned java. That's why.

Only used twice, but it works great for me!! Just wondering if going with Sprint may be a sweeter deal once my contract is up?

The UI is a bit outdated but it serves its purpose and that's to give you the ability to makes calls.
