It simply turns on too frequently (yes I've tried the special setting/tweak as a fix). IMHO a simple fix would be to have it turn on when my phone connects via specific Bluetooth devices. If there's a worry that someone forgets to turn on their phones Bluetooth, then have it start up when GPS thinks the phone is moving at a certain speed. There is ZERO reason this should activate when I'm walking. Or (as litterally just happened) as I sit on the couch typing this. Could be a great app.

K70%
by K####:

Detects driving and activates. Has worked well for last 4000miles. No good if you're a passenger or public transport user as it will activate as if you were a driver!

W70%
by W####:

It works about 60 percent of time. It's very iffy.

Great App

I downloaded this to see how it works. It detected I was driving about out 5 minutes after I started driving. It's ok on detecting when you are driving. It enables you to choose 3 contacts that can get through to you when you are driving as well as the Maps app for use. My problem is that the Maps app doesn't work when this app is installed. For me, it freezes up the Maps app and I have to exit out and go back into it only for it to freeze again. Obviously that's not good to do while driving. 4 stars!

by K####:

It is far too tempting to pay more attention to your smart phone, even though you have hands-free capability in most modern vehicles. This simple fix adds an extra "annoyance factor" to deal with in order to Tweet, Facebook, text, or otherwise play inattentive driver. I like it. Keep up the good work!

When I had an AT&T phone that phone would go into drive mode by itself whenever I was traveling faster than about 10mph, even when I was on the train. This app is not nearly as good with detecting when I was driving. I have gotten use to automatically turning it on when I get in the car, it took a few months but it's a habit now. There have been a few times when the app came on then went off, the runner was still off, however it did not send out the automatic message. But that rarely happens.

by K####:

Disabling the "I'm Not Driving" button helped me a lot...I sort of had to "parent" myself with this app, and that was an easy way to cheat it while I was driving. I'm trying hard to break my bad habit...but the temptation is strong. There is still a way to "cheat" it -- on my Nexus 5 I can bypass it by clicking the square button for multitasking at the bottom of the screen. Hide the navigation bar so I can't cheat! If I'm doing it someone else (probably under 18) is too.

Is a great concept and it would be a great thing to have when driving or riding my motorcycle, but, the app isn't working. When I'm riding it doesn't auto detect and activate. I don't want to have to use an app that can't auto detect when I'm driving what's the point of this app if it doesn't work, failed PA. If sprint gets it fixed then I will RE rate the app till then fail.

good idea but i find myself having to keep pressing the maps application everytime i stop at a light because it detects im not moving. its really anoying. isnt the purpose of this to avoid me touching my phone? also, when im a passenger, it keeps popping up even after i press im not driving. needs more tweeks to be perfect.

K70%
by K####:

I really like this app, I love how automatically turns on/off while you drive. My only criticism is that it should have the option "I'm a passenger" For when you are in a car but not driving because I keep pressing I'm not driving and it keep popping out.

I70%
by I####:

When sitting still it sends messages that I'm driving. Then when I'm driving it doesn't sends anything at all. Very frustrating. The concept is great. I just wish it worked like it is supposed to.

K70%
by K####:

The app keeps checking to see if I'm not driving when I have already indicated that I am - so I can view my map for driving. But it keeps reverting to the page where I say if I'm not driving,. Very annoying since I want the map to show. Thus, two stars. I think I'll just delete it. Too bad because it's a good idea.

K70%
by K####:

App is good, do allow to play music on the phone while driving a car. And once a call is rejected, send a notification for missed calls.

K70%
by K####:

Can be bypassed and paused on Galaxy S6 by using the phone menu buttons. Otherwise 5 star.

K70%
by K####:

Great concept. Problem is it still allows you to turn off location through quick access at the top of the phone, which makes it ineffective.

R70%
by R####:

Great concept. Sometimes it doesn't automatically go active or thinks I'm still driving 5 minute after I've stopped.

O70%
by O####:

9/15/16, is there a way to allow for VIP contact calls *& texts* to come through? That would be great. Like the new look.

K70%
by K####:

Verizon is my service provider but this FREE app from Sprint is easy to use and works great on my Samsung S4. Holds all calls and texts until done driving. Can be set to turn on automatically and has a Parental Control function.

S70%
by S####:

Great idea. Too Many glitches, specifically when not driving.

L70%
by L####:

What's the point of an app that doesn't detect when you're driving 75% of the time? This is a wonderful concept, though. I will reinstall when the bugs are worked out.

S70%
by S####:

I can be in my house, not even in my car and the app will start. If on a call, I get disconnected.

K70%
by K####:

Other than getting charged for each text to landline, this app is great. Fix this, and it'll be 5 stars

H70%
by H####:

I love this app so much. I don't text when I drive but it would drive me crazy sometimes when people would keep blowing my phone up not realizing I was driving so the auto-reply on this is perfect. I was having issues with it not turning on and was getting annoyed until I realized it was because I had forgotten to turn my gps location back on (I turn it off to save battery sometimes) so I turned it back on and it works perfectly!

R70%
by R####:

It automatically detected when I was driving for the first few days but hasn't turned back on since. If this flaw gets fixed I will be very happy with the product.

R70%
by R####:

Awesome app! The app automatically detects when my car is in motion, so the few times I reached for my phone & seen the app was in action, I just put it back down & said, "It can wait"

R70%
by R####:

It kept thinking I was driving when I wasn't driving so I would constantly get messages read aloud in other places. And then finally after I was on the road for a long time did it only detect I might be driving. So I'm deleting it

R70%
by R####:

Hasn't worked since I installed it. Thought it was good idea with two granddaughters just starting to drive but, doesn't work.

Z70%
by Z####:

It work good when it comes on sometimes it does not come on untill i drive for 10 or15 minutes

L70%
by L####:

I tried this out on my phone before installing it on my daughter's phone. Out of 9 times I got in and drove, it went into safe mode once. Unfortunately, it also went into safe mode 3 times while I was in the house watching television. I uninstalled it after about 6 hours. It's a great thought but needs a lot more bugs worked out before it becomes a practical and usefull app.

The limit of only being able to add only 3 of your contacts to the VIP should be increase to at least 5.

I truly despise people who drive and text or even talk on their cell phones while driving. This app has saved my life not once but two times and I'm thankful to Sprint for making it available.

R70%
by R####:

I was shocked at how often I would allow myself to look at my phone while driving, even if stopped at a light. I really appreciate that this app starts automatically when I start driving. Now if I look at my phone I immediately put it back down and focus on the road. Yay for safety.

R70%
by R####:

I tested this with my friends and family, it doesn't appear to send the auto reply message if you're using Google Hangouts as your default messenger. It does make it annoying to try and use your phone while driving. Win?

F70%
by F####:

It doesn't know when I'm driving and plus it allows text and calls to get through. Smh. It need some work.

I would give it a 5 but doesn't work all of the time

Latest update works even better, thank you so much!

I70%

Cute app. It's detecting my mileage and going on within 40 seconds of drive time and holds my messages as promised, but my response message didn't go to recipient.

D70%

I whish more people would use it

J70%

Good app but it does not stop running, once I reach my destination . It blocks or mutes incoming text and calls. I have to manually turn on my volume on phone and text.
