Sprint Music Plus

Give customers more. I understand having a monthly subscription to having a ringback tone, but we should be able to use our own music to make as ringback tones. It's ridiculous to have to charge per tone you want, and even more ridiculous that the tones you purchase expire, meaning you have to purchase more. We should be able to make our own and assign them with the subscription.

I denied all permissions to access my contacts, phone calls, and pictures and it won't even let me open the app. Why do you even need to have that to play music!?

Need to put back World music as a GENE.... CANNOT FIND ANY CARIBEAN MUSIC PUT YOU HAVE PLENTY SPANISH MUSIC THIS 2017 COME ON SPRINT LETS UPDATE THIS APP.... It was working just fine for me for years no it doesn't work. I downloaded ring back tones that no one can hear. And Customer care doesn't know what their doing

App Did work fine. I bought a new ringback tone and tried to attach it to some contacts then it stopped working. App has not been working for the last 5 days and they want you to find all this info to email to them before doing something to help. Put out an update so the app will work.

I've only been using the app for 5 days, during this time it has been one technical issue after another. I've reached out to technical support on more than one occasion and have not received a reply to any of the questions.

It needs some major work done to it. None of my purchase can be found and it won't let me use my credits!!

Why do you need "permissions" for this app to work? You do not need access to my contacts, photos, and you do not need to manage my phone call!

Why does Sprint Music Plus need to "make and manage my phone calls"? I can't open app without agreeing to this. I should be the only one "making and managing" my phone calls...not some app.

Sprint music plus had changed alot No good music they have taken out all the Neo Soul artists completely! Must shut down need a new library completely if they can sell the music we should be able to put the music as a ringback tone. Smh

I had iphone 6S Plus switched to Samsung Gallaxy 7Edge my contacts are saying they don't hear my ringback look you make money off me monthly for this service make it work

Every time I try to purchase a song & subscribe there's an error message saying that they can't find my subscription... BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO SUBSCRIBE. I live chatted with sprint yesterday & they couldn't even figure out the issue. Pathetic

Everytime I click on it,, tells me me its not installed, hmmmmm,,, THAT'S F#&KING HILARIOUS BECUASE YOU DAMN SURE TAKEN UP SPACE,, PLUS UPGRADING EVERY 2 WEEKS!!!! What's worse is I've got sprint as carrier,,, F'N HILARIOUS!!!

Been trying to contact them but they ignore emails bc they know they aren't fixing the issue and avoiding my refund. I've reported them to the BBB and contacted Sprint. I've had this ringtone for about a decade and it used to play out longer. The preview length of 10sec is the same as what callers hear then it rings normally. Not worth my money.

Updated 6/21: My phone had upgrade to Android 7.0 / Nougat and now app works after two weeks of frustration with this app. I had Android 6.0 before which was already supported by the app but did not work, ------------------------------------I got the new LG G5 Phone and the latest version of this Sprint Music Plus app from the play store. The Ringback Tone Subscription does not work in the app , get error "We were unable to lookup your subscription". So can not buy any Ringback Tone. Went on the phone with Sprint Support and they could not fix. I emailed the sprint gmail address that is responding in every negative review with full device and app information and got no response. I went and checked all the reviews in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for this Sprint Music Plus app and alot of other people are having trouble since last year with same error for Ringback Tones and nothing has been done! This app was last updated March 2016. Sprint needs to do something about this and get it fixed.

Sprint is 100% better than verizon. Ive had verizon15 yrs. They've been ripping me off. I pay $100 less per month And the phone and customer service is way better

I have sent 4 emails now about not being able to use or see my library for ring backs i have also tried to cancel subscription on all 4 of my phones sprint says they cant do that right now because of technical issues if u dont already have this app do not waist your money until someone decides to do there job and fix it

I downloaded this exclusively for the ringbacks. I found the one I wanted and clicked to download it and subscribe to monthly ringbacks tones and all I get is the massage saying "unable to look up subscription".

Had a ring back or ring tone don't remember which one but I purchased it on my Galaxy s4 which won't stay on now for me to transfer why isn't it showing on my account?? I paid for it. Not happy. Would rate -5 if I could.

Accidentally unsubscribed and can not get the ring back service back. Error of can't verify my subscription. Ticket has been open for 4 days and still no resolution. Come on Sprint. I've purchased between 6 and 8 ring backs and can't them back. REALLY?!?!?! Asked to provide additional information and there is still no resolution but you guys are still hitting my bill for the service and renewed ring backs. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!

Ive done every thing tech team has said to do and i cant get it to work at all now. Im very dissatisfied with my sprint service.

Sprint Music snippets are so short that they are useless; so, most of the ring-back ends up being just a dial tone. The reason you added a ring-back tune is because you didn't want the caller to listen to a dial tone, and express yourself through the music you like. Music is even cut short in the middle of the lyrics on some Sprint music snippets. Besides that, you have to pay to renew them each year. These are not worth the money spent. It is a lousy app with no control over your ring-back service and 'lousier" Sprint music snippets library.

Do not use!! Very disappointed with sprint and this app. I had my phone sent out for repair. When I got it back it was set back to factory settings (which they failed to tell me would happen) I lost over 200 dollars worth of music that I purchased and they tell me there's no way to get it back and i would have to repurchase...will never use this app or sprint. Also sent numerous emails without even a response.. they ate nothing but a bunch of thieves.

This app NEVER works!! I pay for a ringback bundle every month..and for over a month have been receiving an error message every single time I try to reset or assign a ringback. SUX!! I have emailed everyone with Sprint witb not one dang response..went into Sprint store..looked online how to fix..tried force stop..clear cache..uninstall n reinstall..NOBODY WITH SPRINT EVER HELPS.. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO RINGBACKS..USELESS APP N USELESS TECH SUPPORT AND EMPLOYEES!!!

I had forgotten about ringback tones when I had to use them years ago with her husband. I have no started in business and thought it would be an awesome thing to have clients or potential clients hear music instead of ringing. So I got this app I was more than willing to pay them for the service. I like Sprint and most of their services but the ringback tones portion of this app simply does not work. What would happen if I would purchase a ringback tone said it and all of that and then someone would call. I

1)Needs more voice ringbacks a. smoke on the water? + more 2)Audio quality is terrible on ringbacks. 3) ringbacks needs to be categorized/genre selectable. 4) crashes to much & horrible delay for assigning. 5) library for old songs very limited 6) i will find more flaws. 7) cannot choose/save songs for a future purchase. 8) get rid of live version if you cannot give great listening quality 9) somehow need to simplify app

I stopped using this after getting a new phone and everything that was purchased was no longer available and that I would have to repurchase everything that I have already purchased. So I went with a different provider that allows you to keep the purchased music when you upgrade your devices. It also can be accessed from other devices as well. Sorry Sprint you dropped the ball by requiring customers to repurchase music , ring tones, etc. They are also overpriced as well for temporary access

Just changed to Sprint for their great deals that cut your phone bill in half, but this app doesn't work. It doesn't allow me or my husband to subscribe to the app to be able to get the ringback tones. We went and complained in person and they contacted their tech support and they couldn't figure it out. They just need to fix whatever bugs this app still has. And cut their prices for tones and lengthen the subscription to them. Last phone company we had charged half the price for twice the length of time.

Apparently my ring back tones stopped working so no one would hear anything even though I eat paying for them and the service on my Galaxy S7. And my daughters iPhone 7 in paying the monthly few on it but she hasn't had any ring back tones for over 6 months & it shows she doesn't have the service yet Sprint keeps charging. Not sure when mine stopped working, but I checked for updates and there are none. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it all doesn't work. I even downloaded one of the free ring back tones to see if I could get it to work and still nothing! I'm not happy at all! Guess my next step is to unsubscribe permanently!

Very disappointed. Sprint/Nextel customer since 2001. Ringbacks have been working great over the past 2 years. Downloaded 2 new ones in September. Not working and never did. Emailed music store according to email address I found in other responses from Sprint. No reply. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with a rep yesterday and Im still without ringbacks. Still racking up the charges on my bill of course for a service that is not operable. Not to mention my service has been spotty over the past seveal weeks.

Had 10 free credits. I downloaded 1 ringtone. POOF! They were gone. What's worse, the download never appeared in my ringtones. Horrible music selection unless you like the drivel they call "music" today...

Had to cancel my subscription back then when my ringbacks stopped working about 5 years ago. Thought I'd give it a go again as it looked like development was back on. I'm getting , as I'm trying to subscribe. .Error ."we are unable to find your subscription". Bummed .

I have a Galaxy S 7 through Sprint of course and I am unable to install a subscription for the ringback tones. I've contacted the email address provided and no response. Customer service regarding this app is terrible.

I stopped using ringback tones from Sprint Music Plus. The clips seem to get shorter and shorter. I know ringback tones are supposed to be short but come on! Get we get more than 5 seconds?

Trying to understand y it needs permission to your contacts,photos,text messaging and wants to mannage my phone calls. Just to buy ringtones? Ridiculous! No Thanks!

I have several ringback tones that I purchased through Sprint Music Plus but lately when I try to assign a ringback tone to a specific caller in my contacts, I get an error message sayin "sorry we have hit a snag allow some time and try again later, if problem persists call customer service. Let me tell you, customer service can't fix the problem and then they transfer me tech support who can't fix the problem either. I emailed you my information this morning, please fix the problem!!!

Disappointed Billy Idol's "To Be A Lover" is no longer a ringtone nor ringback. Otherwise I like this app.
