Worked for a bit, went well. But then i forgot my password and app wont let me access help to retrieve password

Can't even sign in

Doesn't even load just stays there

Can't log in or even click forgotten password or help. Doesn't update when you use your card

Apps delivers a balance, fair enough but the paid option for the widget doesn't work. Every time you try and add it to the home screen the TouchWiz interface crashes.

It's a good app for checking balance on the go but I paid for the widget that shows the balance on the home screen and everytime I try to place it I get 'TouchWiz has stopped'. Little bit annoying as I paid for it and it doesn't work.. If it did though, 5 star

I got this in my old ipod and am now on re active with my phone. Paid for the widget and it causes a crash... Needs an update for this to work otherwise a good app

Balances & transactions of registered HOP cards nothing more. Still no way to topup immediately other than at a terminal.

Pay to remove the adds and only then we get the transactions and other services...

Ads aren't too nice but mostly 2 star because you can't log out.

No i don't want to pay any money to your app. Log in and unable to do anything unless I pay to remove ads or get the widget!

Don't really use but helpful when you need it.

Has too many ad popups for such a basic nfc scanning app.

Great, however still... when adding the widget to the home screen it says touchwiz home has crashed and doesn't add it. Galaxy note 3 stock kitkat. Now same with Galaxy note 4 stock kitkat except it now says hop balance has crashed.

App doesn't list transactions anymore, please fix this

Most annoying ads ever!

Great for keeping tabs on all the balances of the kids cards and being able to see the transactions on all the cards.

Great effort. But this app needs more features. Try adding the card transactions and pending transactions the next time you update it. Great work though! ;-)

That application is really useful if you're using transports in Auckland

Wish there was an app for The Bus hop card , but nevertheless, this is awesome app :)

Finally a app to check my balance really quick, but can u make it so that we can buy just once, because for every fracture you add we have to pay again, which needs to improve.

Good app but can only see primary account would be so much more helpful to be able to see joint accounts... especially for parents with school children

Only things I question are the prominence given to Change Credentials and Name the Card which once set could be hidden in a menu, they are too easy to hit by mistake.

But thats pretty much it. You can change the name of your card, which some people would like but is really pointless functionality compared to what could be done with this app. Where's the ability to top up? Shows adverts, which I didn't expect (I'm guessing the council paid for the app to be developed). Woeful use of real estate. As a Snapper card user too (I sometimes have to visit Wellington for work but am in no way affiliated with them) this is so inferior its bordering on the ridiculous. With that app I can just hold my card to my phone to get the balance and can then top up from the app. They need to incorporate that type of functionality. Highly dubious of the 4 and 5 star reviews. Wouldnt be surprised if theyre employees of the app manufacturer or the council.

The only app I know so far to update itself but change nothing...

Honestly the best app, finally something to access and efficient, I understand the delay in tag on history but that's something for Auckland Transport to work on
