Too slow and not friendly

Good selection of NE Ohio news [incl. Cuy. Co.] Can't shut off push notification, so some days it's like reading a tabloid. This is a bad bug which should be fixed. Other than that, very reliable.

Why cant there be a print edition app of this paper like most of the other papers offer? Your paid version is entirely browser based which makes it hard to use AND see on a smartphone. If the paer was set up as a print version, I'm sure (hoping) it would be structured better like your actual paper copy.

Still unreliable. Always has been. Often isn't updated with latest news for an entire day, and then when it is updated, numerous pages don't open.

So the app is free but you can only view 30 stories a month , then you have to pay to view additional? ?? This is crazy.

It was already a clunky, poor quality app. However now it jumps by itself to other pages, right in the middle of an article. You scroll down to keep reading, then the loading graphic pops up and your story goes away. After a few hits of the back button you get it again, and hopefully read it before it does it again.

App was okay. Recent updates made it worse. App does not work. App closes on its own no matter what you do within 5 or 6 seconds. If you are quick you can start to read an article but it still quickly shows a restart-style screen & goes back to opening screen & still will shut down on its own. Tried to email them for support. I clicked the button to email through play store...it came back as a bad email. AKA...no support! Useless! A disappointment!

Horrible app. Totally disorganized, images do not show up as well as articles. You click a headline and nothing is there. With the PD cutting back, I would think that the N-H would step it up, instead it is becoming more 2nd rate.

Closes as soon as it is opened. Was fine till update.

Aftee the update it closes as soon as it opens...another update is needed to fixed bugs...

every time i click on weather it says location not found. even when i turn on my gps location or even when i am connected through my wi fi at home. even when i put my location in manually! weather section doesn't work!

I'm glad my local county newspaper got around to putting a mobile app out. However, it's subpar thus far. Seems like stories that the paper tweets out on Twitter don't show up very quickly on the mobile app.

Please fix the obits. Right now you can only see the first 10 or so. Thanks

Would like to see recent obits, only goes to the names starting with F, then stops, and most are a week old. Other then that it's a great app.

The obituarys won't scroll to the end. Only get the top ones. Need a fix.

As soon as u click on a catagory it closes... Uninstalled.

I agree with M. The obituary section is incomplete, unless only people with last names between A and D pass away.

The app is a little better so maybe 2 stars this time but I have seen the regular print paper and this app doesn't have everything in there like the regular paper such as better updated sections and more frequent updates.

I love that I can get news from back home. Easy to use qpp. Good news coverage.

Last update fine at first. Haven't been able to open app for at least a week.

The only reason I have this is to get Tribe reports and stories from Jim Ingraham, but while the headline appears, the story does not.

can not share using messaging. choices are limited. Also difficult to skim the headlines. Each on takes the full page. Pics are too large.

I'm really glad that I updated the app because it was not working for me at all and I was getting ready to uninstall it. I am able to navigate through much easier now..I can actually scroll down to read the story where as before I was not able to do it.thank you!

Never had an issue until last update. Now app crashes 10 sec into startup every single launch.

Get ready for the pop up video ad when you are reading! It's especially fun when you're somewhere quiet!

It's never been a good app. More glitchy than any other news app in my experience. Now it doesn't work AT ALL! I'd trash it if I didn't live in Lake County.

Don't waste your time.

This app is so horribly designed that it needs to be totally redone!! Maybe they can have a student at the local college design one!! So tired of the stories with just a bulletpoint, there are always multples of the same stories and always crashes and closes!! They should feel happy it gets one star from me because if i could none, i would!!

When the app works it's really good, however I find it giving me a lot of duplicate stories. The app itself looks really nice but its aggravating when I go to click on a story and all I get is a bullet point .
