This app will no longer allow me to read articles without first paying for a subscription.

Not only is this app super slow, if you don't have a subscription it reminds you to pay for one every five minutes, in all if you want to read three articles a day about the most ridiculous things sure or you can pay 3.99 for a slow app just so it can take space in your phone.

I can't read any of the full stories. The new update shows me blank pages!!

I did enjoy using the app until they started charging you for access..

Frequent crashes, slow to load, limits to how many articles you can read, and the ones you can, leave you with no answers. Waste of resources both digital and natural.

Way better than the regular newspaper

The old version worked great. But when it updated to the latest version the app stopped working. Tried reinstalling it several times but still doesn't work.

Before the update my LDN app worked fine, but I can't read anything now because the app crashes every time. I start to scroll through the articles and it crashes. PLEASE FIX IT!!! This app was my primary source for local news.

All I can do is read the title of it. I cant read any of the full storys.

Now since my last review it doesn't show anything...You click the link to view the blotter and it just loops back to the same page...Not before showing 2 more ads....Come on guys...

I have downloaded this app numerous times in the last year. Still unable to scroll down to read articles. Why is this so difficult to fix?

Do not install this app after the update you can't view alot of the news I deleted the app until it works again. Lets see if the person who made this app can fix the problems because this is ridiculous.

Is quite apparent the folks at the Lebanon Daily News do not use their own app else this would have been fixed long ago. Performance is pathetic at the very least. Others have already commented so I will not dwell. The attempts to lure me into subscribing are insulting. Uninstalling; perhaps I will revisit in a year.

Why would I pay for free information? Ridiculous!

It works now SOMETIMES. Still much worse than the original. But it's free. So what can you say?

Possibly the worst app. Ever created, free or not it sucks, to use it you have to uninstall and reinstall just to open it

Doesn't anyone monitor the ratings for this atrocious app? Like everyone else, the last update ruined the app. I keep installing and uninstalling it, waiting for it to be fixed. It locks up, freezes, generally SUCKS! Fix it already! WTF?

This has been the worst app I have ever tried. It has been like this for months. It freezes and locks up my phone and my tablets. Are you people ever going to fix this??? Not too crazy about your articles anyway. There were times when the Police Blotter had listings for three different days all using the same date. Your hyperlinks are usually a deadend too. Does anybody proofread this stuff??? Geez guys and gals....get it together!

App worked great before this last update totally screwed it up. The paper turned crappy hence the reason for using the free app. Now this app is exactly like their paper copy. TOTAL CRAP DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I cant see any news on my phone since the latest update!

App used to work great. Since the "update" the only way I can get out of it is to turn my phone off. I uninstalled it. Please let me know if this gets fixed so I can reinstall it.

News on the app hasn't been updated in 3 or more days and the map just shows you California traffic which is irrelevant to what users of this app would be looking for in local traffic reports in Pennsylvania.

Use to be a great app. I would check the news exclusively from ldn two or three times a day.Now I can't even scroll down the articles. Constanly closes and freezes. Forced to uninstall. Please fix n ill download again with 5 star rating

I Loveeeeed the old version I could read the whole article and could search obituries if I missed a day now I'm not able to do either please fix and you will get 5 stars again

The older app was better. Now the stories won't open, cannot finish reading articles, cannot search obituaries from 2 days ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Please fix.

App was working just fine. Got my news from it nearly every day. Then about a week ago, it closes down every time I open it. Fix the bug

I do like the app and it was working fine...then all of a sudden last night, the app stops working...a box pops up when u open the app that says "choose edition" but it doesn't let u choose anything...it won't go past that point..please fix thank you...

Would rate better if it would update faster. Also since it updated a few days ago has not worked for me. Please fix your latest update.
