Spotter for Android
Very flaky indeed, worrying for a device that's potentially life saving, as it is for my mother. Can't get into my account to via the web interface (Id or password not recognised). When I go via the App to upgrade the subscription (at a price higher than advertised on the website) it won't take me through to checkout. Overall the interface is unstable, it's logged me out several times for no reason. Bottom line is that I have no confidence in it, which is a shame because the core functionality, when it works, is good; I can see where my mother (who has Alzheimer's) is. Customer service also poor until you shout at them.
It is potentially a fantastic idea as my dad has dementia but the App is very poor and glitches a lot, it's given fauls information on location of tracker and this is not good. Please please please sort these problems or we will be forced to seek a refund.
Constantly crashes only way I can get back in to the app is to uninstall and then install it again.
But crashes regularly on the settings screen...
The new map looks great but we are still missing automatic update of devices location. The app still does not automatically update the location, you have to manually press the refresh/update to get updated location. Hopefully in the next app version this will be included..
At first glance this App looks promising, but is unstable and crashes regularly after clicking the menu. Also, since I changed my password I must enter your e-mail address and password each time I open the app. Actually using the app is a trail and error affair due to the lack op decent instructions. For instance there is a geolocking option but this is not mentioned on the website or in the manual. What this does is anybodies guess. It took my a while to figure out that you cannot link a Spotter device to a zone.

The idea is great but the app is poor and glitchy. When you select one of the options from the menu bar it won't let you slide it off the screen OS that you can view the map or the history or whichever option you select. You have to close the app and log back in everything. Can you please reply and confirm that the app is being fixed or I will be sending the item back and requesting a full refund.
