As the title says, Long Term Trades over 5 minutes are now a problem. Wont show live prices on all trades. This app is currently useless for me. Try to even look at a 1, 2 or 5:minute trade and the App crashes. The latter has been like this for months. Using stock Android device. Tried the App on 4 different Android devices - all crash on Short Term Trades!

I'm giving them 5 stars solely based on how easy it was for me to get a hold of them and the convenience of it. They have 3 ways you can reach them: phone, email, or live chat. I prefer live chat, I had an issue and resolved it quickly with them.

If for whatever reason you sign up with redwood, do not use this app for 60 second options no matter how tempting. There is alot of slippage between execution and registering the trade. And also on expiry and registering the expiry. For other options it is ok.

I lost 30+ dollars on the 60 seconds there's a 10 second glitch so is more like 70 seconds and that would be ok if you didn't happen to mysteriously lose in those extra 10 second even if it close on winning I would lose so please fix it

When I am winning a trade it takes a very long time to validate and I lost some obviously winning trades. When I am losing a trade it takes no time to validate. I do not feel comfortable with this platform so I withdrew my money.

Not easy to use its lagging and is the fasted way to lose all you money... calling wells Fargo for refund

Will only allow you to place loosing trades! Scam! For the sake of experiment I tryed to open a winning position (as I thought) but it wouldn't allow me to due to "liquidity issues" at the same time opened a loosing position (for sure) no liquidity issues... and your "account manager" will call you day and night asking to deposit more money!

They do everything they possibly can to have us make a deposit and promises a lot of things. And after you make a deposit, are all lies, run away, don't accomplish the promised and disappear instead helping us.... I went broke and hardship financial situation... I would rate - minus 5 stars
