This company is not regulated and scams its clients. I am currently taking legal action against them.

I've been waiting over a month to withdraw my funds, I agreed a trading strategy with an account manager, he insisted i deposit more after it became apparent i was not prepared to deposit any more, assistance stopped. So on 7th Aug I requested a withdrawal and still nothing as of 4th September

The one thing that's terrible about this app is that you can't withdraw your money. you have to go to the website to do it, and when you do that it constantly logs you out. I've emailed the company countless times and they keep telling me to email this person or call this person. just a terrible app and terrible company. I still can't get my money and it's been two weeks now. What kind of trading app doesn't have a withdrawal button? I've used trading apps Before and never had a problem. This app isTerrible

Locked me out of my account. Stayed on hold for customer service for two hours then forced to leave a message and never a call back. Other companies out there that have to be better than this one. Don't waste your time or money. It is impossible to get your money back from them too.

1) opened some trades and want to view some trades i had opened, it wasnt there. But is i use my desktop to view, the transaction is there. Its been 20 hours since the trade was closed from now..... 2) no selling of trade with phone! 3) there is a few seconds delay resulting in lousy price.
