I like this app. But some days, at times my account balance doesn't update. But the next hour it works fine. It would be really cool if there was a way to set up alerts for current assets. So for these reasons, I give this app 4 stars

They are a scam company. They will not withdraw your money even if you aren't tied to any contracts. Do NOT give them your money. They will give you excuses that it's the bank's fault that you haven't received your money. I have already reported them for fraud with the SEC and my bank so an investigation is getting launched into them.

I get screwed over by lag and disconnects. unless they are manipulating their data. I always watch two charts at the same time. And sometimes this Ap is a little slower than real time.

Crashes all the time when trying to access 60 sec trading! Don't open an account with CherryTrade until this problem is fixed!

No place for withdrawing. . will let you deposit but not deposit. To your own banking institutions. Still trying how to. Do that. Emails have not helped

My account balance has stopped updating. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no good. Account has been stagnant for the past 4 days now .. Wish I could give it another star or two but this hiccup is holding me back ...

Doesn't give current balance. Easy accidental clicking when not wanted and executed before getting back to cancel trade. Sometimes executes trade without option of canceling. Can't see full directional pattern on phone. Can see pattern on tablet. Potential for quick trading up or down. Convenient to use. Hope issues can be fixed. Can be great app.

CherryTrade is great but their app is lacking. The balance doesnt update which i think is intentional on their part - you have to log out log back in for it to update. You can't sell back your trades (an option which is available on the website) and recently my app has been placing once click trades without the option of cancelling. Not great but useful when you're not at your computer

Was not sure about binary options but I love this broker. Not only did I make money but the transactions for the withdrawal process were pretty quick! Next to nadex cherrytrade is really great!!!! Don't listen to the nay Sayers because they just lost money and thought the broker screwed them or something. Cherrytrade 5 STARS!!!!!

It lags when the expiry is done so you still might lose when time is up,I've already lost a few even though it showed I won at time of expiry.

Give only a very short chart of info to help make educated trades. You can't study any trades proudly with the given chart info.

The app doesn't give you the approval screen. Also need some sort of charts so traders can take a look at chart before we trade without having to open another site.

Its good for now till I get my new laptop. You can make money on this app and on the go . don't sleep

Not as good as advertised. Promised rapid cash generation. Doesn't perform as stated in the introduction.

I have never seen a system with bad customer service, poor app and poor pc platform.. if you want to experience such I'll broker I welcome you to trade on this crappy brokerage

This app is good except for some few shortfals, acct balance not updating, trend graphs has limited view and my 1st withdrawal experience was ok

This app does everything need for trading. The only thing it is missing is the ability to sell your trade when the market go against you. But everything else works as advertised.

its very tempting to kept tradong but u kept losing. i like the 60 and 30 second trading but i lost a lot so it sucks. I guess i need to learn more regarding how to trade. I still didnt talk to my broker coz i dont have a big amount of money to put up.

Always fc when I go to currencies. Have not been able to use this app since the day after installing.

Sometimes I find that the session expires without auto re login option or in some other way make the user aware of it.

Continuously disconnects from live trading. When placing a trade the value changes and after the sixty seconds is over and it is validating if the price goes into the red then that's what it chooses even if the price is in the green when the validation starts. Also the confirmation screen when placing the trade only comes up rarely

300 second button crashes me every time pushed..and option to cancel trade completely dissappeared after about ten times..they have not fixed and seem to have no intrest in fixing after several calls

I use this to check my trades already active. Never use the app with trades. Wish I didn't have to login every time that I use it

I love the platform but hate being disconnected all the time.

Every time I choose the 60 second option it crashes. I reinstalled the app but still doesn't work. Can't use it at all. PLEASE FIX

I keep having issues with this app crashing on me. Folloowed through by sending reports etc. And No confirmation on progress! On pc my cherry acount seems to run ok. As on my mobile app the account doesn't update as efficient. Sorry guys 2 and half stars! Not that i dislike but wouldn't say it is OK

Like it better than Boss Capital mobile app.

Why can't withdrawal be done here. Is it better security? The WiFi signal is strong and the Internet is working fine but it keeps disconnecting.

This is almost a good app, however their is a consistent crash when trying to trade 60 second options.

Account balance do not update. Have to log out and login to see balance. Often freeze during trading.

YOU WILL LAG AND LOOSE ON THEMOBILE APP IF YOU GIVE IT ENOIGH TIME, IT DOESN'T MATTER THE WIRELESS PROVIDER, I USED THREE DIFFERENT ONES AND THEIR 4G DATA STILL TOO SLOW FOR A BRAND NEW PHONE. USE APP FOR LONGTERM OPTIONS ONLY
