BDSwiss - The Trading App.

Extremely poor Customer Support. I wasted a week trying to close fake account. They keep repeating my points and play ignorants. I keep receiving fake statements and spam from BDSWISS (they admitted doing this) but they don't care. I advise to stay away from from BDSWISS (based on CYPRUS ;)!!!) I wouldn't risk investing single penny with this suspicious company

The worse app in the history of trading. Let me start with this. When depositing money it happens instantly but when with drawing it's always pending for days/weeks/months. When you email them, it's simply ignored. I have submitted my documents upon opening an account and it took them 1 month to verify my account - how pathetic simply!!!! For newcomers, I would advice looking at other trading companies such as IQ Options they are legit And overcome all the obstacles stated above. For those who are looking for a withdrawal option, this can be found by clicking on your account name 'Real' and choosing the withdrawal option. I hope this review will help others and also give a lesson to the fraudulent brokers.

I cant find withdraw setting in web or mobile. Only deposit. please tell me how to withdraw my money.

Irritating. Doesn't show expired positions sometimes, I'm sure it's a way of not paying you. Not happy

App is rough bad and doesn't work Only work greatly on a computer and not a phone but the company itself is trustworthy and real.Log in using your laptop

Crashing frequently and it's slow. About broker it's very good, i recommended it to everyone.

Really bad, and it have bugs. When you confront them with bugs, they'll say it's your fault and your lying.. Wow and the bonus system is made to trap people's money! Don't use the bonus system.!

overall. easy to use. you can trade the 60 second options, longterm, pairs, and so on. great for monitoring your trades

Cool app

Einfach zu installieren und zu benutzen. Ich bin kein Profi, aber die Möglichkeit auf dem Smartphone traden zu können finde ich super. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Zum Beispiel wenn ich in der U-Bahn sitze. Ich weiß nicht warum sich so viele über den Login beschweren? bei mir hat sich die App sofort mit meinem bdswiss-Konto verbunden. Cool!

Einfach verständliches und ansprechendes Design. Featureseitig ist noch Verbesserungspotential vorhanden. Ich wünsche mir vor allem Push-Benachrichtigungen für Kursänderungen sowie ein Kerzencharts-Widget.

Mit 'swiss' hat das hier alles nichts zu tun. Mal nach Erfahrungen mit dem Laden googlen - alles weitere erübrigt sich

Verbesert werden könnte die Reaktionszeit. Manchmal reagiert die App ein bisschen langsam. Passiert aber nur selten und wirkt sich nicht auf die Trades aus. Ansonsten coole App. 100% weiterzuempfehlen.
