TimeClock - Time Tracker for Android
TimeClock has some nice functionality, including the web interface (TimeClock Connect), but the Mickey Mouse time editing feature makes this app complete unusable. When editing a time entry, you can edit the start time, but you can't edit the end time (i.e. clock out time). You have to enter the duration. I just want to enter the end time and have the app calculate the duration for me. What's the point of using a time tracking tool if you have to calculate the duration yourself? WTF?! IMHO, this major oversight reflects poorly on the developer's consideration of usability.
I've used Timeclock for a few years now and I'm 90% happy with it. I don't need the invoice function but it would be great to be able to mark records as invoiced and then filter them by unbilled or invoiced to make exporting for accounting purposes easier. Would be great to have customisable reports too.
Just need to know. The upgrade charge, is that a one time thing or a monthly charge.
I have recently gone self employed, and also have several other small jobs - care work, ironing - aswell as studying for my final year of my accounting qualification by distance learning. I find this app invaluable as I can track all of my paid and unpaid work, and export detailed timesheets. The notes feature helps me keep track of specific tasks I worked on too.
I tried a lot of the time card apps and this one is the best of all, buy the pro and you are all set. LOVE IT
Simple and effective. . I do love this app. What would make it perfect would be the ability to record expenses in different currencies for overseas travel.
I've tried a couple of time clock apps from the Google store and this is by far the easiest app to use and gives me all the records I need to bill clients correctly. Love it!
I work for several different companies and bill at different rates. Timeclock helps keep track off all my hours and get paid for them
Does what I need without any problems. Great app.
It makes my life easy with keeping day to day track of time spend just.because it is on my mobile. Nice!

Enjoyed the free version. Upgraded to utilize more capabilities for multiple businesses/vendors. Would like to be able to click in/out using computer, though since I'm not always on phone while working. -kt in KY
Does exactly what I need. Easy to use and stable. I have been looking for a solution to hand written time sheets, this replaced it perfectly.
Pretty good. Needs a rounding feature to the nearest 1/4 hour... also the export feature is limited and not always what you selected. But by far the best time app I have found

I use it mainly as a time clock. Quick and easy to use. Great reporting built in. Good web integration.

Ugly, but functionally about perfect. it works, it works well, its fast and easy to use, it has tons of options that aren't overly complex, cloud based, heck it even generates invoices for you. Worth paying for if it wasn't already free.

Tracking time I care for my child, research parenting skills, clean & prep has helped me see how many hours I work at home. I put a rate we would need to pay someone to do the work and it helps us see the monetary value of my efforts at home.

I researched tons of apps to track consulting hours, mileage and reimbursable expenses. Too bad Quicken Home & Business (not QB) doesn't have this to seamlessly integrate. This has been my billing work horse for over 2 years. I generate invoices, then enter the amounts into Quicken H&B.
