TimeClock Pro - Time Tracker for Android
What an absolute deal for only $3! I was using a Palm PDA for the longest time. It's now in the box with my old phone and 8-track player ;-)
This app is awesome! The developer is a genius! What a great idea and implementation; melding mobile business with simple no fuss time tracking that automatically syncs with a web server. You can add your own logo to your invoices and if you pair this with square or 'paypal here' you have a complete solution for billing and collections on the spot using nothing more than your phone that is always by your side. Never worry about tracking your time or missing a payment again.
I've now been using TCC for over a year. Very happy with it - intuitive, responsive, and highly functional. Using it across multiple devices for multiple clients and have had few issues. And customer support is pretty good - haven't had to wait more that a few hours for a response/resolution. Highly recommended.
Simple UI that covers the essentials: Clients, projects, rates and time tracking. Really like the Pause, Switch and Notes features. Simple export for providing time sheets to clients. If you want preset categories, this isn't your app, but this is pretty easy to set up -- adding clients, projects, etc. as needed.
Excellent program for anyone who contracts on an hourly basis. Has all the right stuff. Web interface is bland but very functional! Would recomend to anyone needing to keep track of hourly work by client & task!
Wonderful piece of software. I've used it to keep track of it and then bill my time by exporting it as a file that Excel can read.used ut for more than 10 years and it just keeps getting better and better. Can't say enough good things about this software!
I do play therapy and am working for many different entities. This has been the only thing that allows me to bill correctly and completely
I just bumped my rating up from 4 to 5. I use this app constantly and have increased my income by doing so. If it had the option to time two clients at once (Which I do regularly) I'd give it a 5.5.
The interface is dated but I've used other apps and had way more problems. At the end of the day I can easily bill my clients which is what counts.
We use the app as companies use paper work orders. Like paper, it takes discipline, but the the results are accurate and true. Real time reporting beats memory hands down.
For the price (of timeclock connect) it's worth it. There aren't a ton of option that you can toggle in the invoice preparation, but all in all it makes tracking hours a snap.
After trying out a whole bunch of time tracking apps to use in my remodeling business, this app easily works the best for me in terms of simplicity of layout and functionality, as well as great flexibility. But what really tipped the scale is its unique ability to AUTOMATICALLY sync all the time and expense data with its free online sister app - makes documenting and data tracking for invoicing purposes a WHOLE lot easier and faster = more $$!! It's truly a winner in my book and worth every penny.
I own a construction company and am running around all day from job sites to supply houses. This app makes it easy to keep track of how much time goes to which job. The expense function also helps to keep track of random purchases that you might miss during billing. This app works so well I always offer to pay to put it on all my employees phones.
Been using this App for several years now. I was able to customize the layout of the invoices to submit the exact information my boss needed. The App has continued to get better & better every update. I haven't used another time tracking app before, and I probably never will.
Works well for me its easy to use and it makes charge out better infact charge out seems more profitable and trackable . One thing did happen was the syc email account lost one letter disableing the syc account appart from that its great 2016 oct still going strong never an issue nothing better i am sure
Best timming app I've tried so far. One thing could be updated is when looking up a clients projects, only projects for that client come up.
I use this to track on-site work for clients. Does exactly what I want: keeps a running time and lets me choose the rate and time divisions, and lets me enter notes as I go. Only thing it seems to be missing is the inability to quickly export a single entry to E-mail, and HTML output puts all the notes into one paragraph versus itemizing them as in the app.
I use this app to do all my billing and expense tracking. Wanted to switch to an iPhone but they don't have the app for IOS so I stayed with my Android because it is so good.
Have only used it for two weeks, but love the ease of use. Especially like being able to view time record from laptop at end of work week. This app definitely the makes end of work week paperwork much easier. Still using this app every work day. Performs as designed. Only wish it would export straight to our QuickBooks program to make my life a little easier.
All you need when it comes to time tracking and invoicing. Perfect for me as a small business owner. Update: I have used the app for over 3 years now. Absolutely happy. Regular updates and features added. My most important app.

If you're a sole proprietor professional who bills hourly or flat fee this is an easy, cheap effective solution to client billing.
Easy to use, easy to turn into billing reports (great export feature). Using it for several years now, & appreciate that the updates never break it as happens with so many other apps, too. Couldn't run my business without it!
Once you get used to the function this app easily let's you track time by client and project real-time or retrospectively. Notes and reports are easy to help with time analysis.
Perfect for my use. Flexibility allowing multiple categories on a single project. I haven't felt the need to suggest any improvements.
The app performs flawlessly. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I would like to be able to track multiple employees at once.
Works great would be nice to track more than one person hours. But is very reliable. Ive used for well over a year and never had troubles. I cut and past a descriptions into my quickbook time sheets to keep from retyping.
I've used this app for a couple years to keep track of hours worked for different clients. The invoicing works well. Easy to send out a pdf invoice or email a link to an online invoice. Expenses are easy to enter also.
This app is just what I needed for keeping track of hours worked for different clients with different hourly rates and job types. The automatic sync to a backup site is great. I can sort by client and month when preparing billing statements.
Love this app for my use as an independent contractor. Helps me track everything with minimal effort/time involved across devices. Appreciate the ability to fully customize what is being tracked. The invoicing is clear and easy to use.
I've use this program for years, and it has always given me just what I need. Nice to be able to access the information from my desktop after capturing it on my mobile. Keep up the good work !
I've used Timeclock connect for a number of years. I switch between a number of projects for several clients. I record time spent on each using Timeclock connect on my mobile and then my wife uses the web ui for invoicing.
This app is the main stay of my business (IT support) I travel from customer to customer and rarely remember where I've been at the end of the day. With this app i know, and can invoice appropriately.
I like how easy to use and access the essential features are while still having more advanced features available further down in menus. Often used is the ability to retroactively switch between task-categories
It runs my it consulting business hours, for...$5? Cmon, I'd pay that monthly!
Been using the program for years. Awesome app. Only complaint, wish it had interface for QuickBooks.
I just use this to track my time, but it does well. Even when my phone reboots it continues to track.
This app is by far the easiest and most realistic time clock app I've ever tried. It makes logging your time when you have to estimate or forgot to clock out or in as simple as the routine procedure. Managing work projects alongside personal ones is seamless. And the exporting for my expense reports as a project manager was a snap.
I genuinely have been staying with Android phones in part because of this app's availability on android only, because I find it that helpful. The only problem is that the records can only be edited on the phone and not on the handy online page. That would be an awesome improvement.

This is a great app for working in the field to record job tasks in order to keep up with time and materials that are synchronized with the cloud for backup and also exportable as a CSV to assist in Quickbooks entry.
