For the few out there that remember the Sony Dash, this app has very similar ability to automatically display numerous apps. It can also display specific webpages, but opens a new tab each time it plays the list, slowing performance.

Having trouble adding different Chrome URLs. Every time it cycles through another tab is added. Any chance of having the pages open in the same tab or reusing existing tabs?
