Honestly, this is probably the worst way to get fans to vote for their favorite artists. It is absolutely ridiculous to make us download certain apps, watch ads, or even PAY to vote. This has really given me a negative outlook on the SMA organizers. Voting should not be this time consuming and difficult. Super unimpressed.

I am able to install but I can not sign up or login with social media accounts. It's really frustrating. Would be nice if you could fix this. OK, problem solved after last update! Gj devs!

Give screenshots? I got the auto reply message for rewards problems asking me to give my screenshots and proof, I gave my screenshots and proof and still no reply... so what screenshots ? waited 24 hours to reply? hahaha, almost a week is more than 24 hours. I can't even download most of the apps even after using VPN, clear cache and force stop google play store.

The fact that fans need to pay to vote is ridiculous. Their "free" voting options require you to complete actions such as downloading apps, surveys, and watch ads. Problem is 90% of the actions i completed were never credited to my account, and the sumbit missing credit request is incredibly hard to find w/ 0 customer service. Not impressed SMA! You are going on the timeout list with MAMA.

I tried to earn points by downloading the games, i didnt receive my points. Also from the screenshot the "fan point" doesnt show for me as an option, which is disappointing how else can i vote besides paying money?

This is the worst voting ever. Completely pathetic. I can't even open my bonus page to earn points.

The main reason I am giving the app such a low rating is because you have to watch videos, or down load apps, or buy "points" in order to vote for your favorite groups and artists. Which I hate because not everyone has time to do that. And honestly it is kind of unfair of a voting system. Instead of doing that just making it so people get lile 10 or something free votes for each category once a day or once a week or something. And now I can't even vote to try and help my favorite groups try and win an award(s)

I'm giving this app a low rating because you have to download apps or watch videos in order to receive points to vote. Each vote cost 100p. It's either that or you donate. The whole reason I downloaded this app was because I thought it to be a simple convenient way of voting for my favorite groups...to simply put it, it's time consuming and too uncertain :/

I cannot login with either Twitter or Facebook or even sign up. It just keeps crashing. Please fix it.

I didn't receive points for many apps that I've installed or surveys I filled!!! It works half the time only.
