Overall, the app is great. Easy to use and displayed nicely too. However, you've got to get the "back" button sorted as when pressed, it takes you back to the home page. This is incredibly annoying, especially if you've been scrolling through the items for a while.

A little lag when using the app but that's down to me having an old phone , once collection email was sent i was off to collect and greeted by 2 fast, friendly, efficient and professional female staff at USC Bradford Forster square , well done all and I'll definitely be using again when i need to update my wardrobe
