Like ups shows you exactly the posture hand positioning of the moves. I am a 4th degree in Taekwondo. I don't know nothing about cheering and my daughter started this year your video has been very informative very helpful loved actually using it with them their coaches like to thank you very much for putting such a great app together specially for us that don't know anything about Cheer.

Worst training ever didn't even have the audacity to open

I did high school of cheer fall season of my freshman year! I took a break and did not do winter season. I decided to go back to cheer and i needed to get back in "cheer condition". This app definitely helped me do that!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
