Latest update deleted my favorite team and schedule and can't find my team again.

This app sucks

Team Snap beats this app in so many ways: 1) Live Scoring in Team Snap allows you to keep track of how much time is left in a game, Sports Engine not so much. 2) When live scoring, in Team Snap you can send messages to parents who aren't at the game about what happened, who scored, etc. Sports Engine makes you think you can comment by providing a text box, but nothing you type will ever send or save. What kind of joke is that? 3) Sports Engine, for some unknown reason, thinks it makes sense to have a manager first "invite" players that are already on the team to a game or practice. Team Snap is smart enough to realize that if they are on the team they are probably invited to those, allowing you to skip that completely worthless step. Team Snap let's you put your player picture along with jersey number in so other parents on the team can get acclimated quickly with who everyone is. Sports Engine, again, tricks you into thinking you are putting a picture in, but it never displays on the team page, so what's the point. I could go on and on. Hopefully, our club switches back to Team Snap next season!

I keep getting notifications for teams and I've turned everything off for notifications, removed favorite teams, etc. Otherwise I like the progress the mobile app has made over the years.

It would be nice if I could add my contact info and upload a photo. I can't do anything except rsvp.

Never loads correct. Can never see stats for hockey games.

I'm not sure why but I am not able to let our team know if we will be attending or not. The check boxes do not always show up. They are very random. Also, I can't add my husband's email to receive notifications either. The app does keep all the practices and games listed, just doesn't always notify us when they are approaching.

I am only able to see the calendar. I can't figure out how to see the Roster and the Messages??

Right now we are not able to locate our teams? Need that to be fixed.

Can't comment on posts? Not well tested. Seems like a little more attention was paid to iPhone app, but that has its flaws, too. Disappointing.

The club website I'm looking at gives me a team ID, but they are not coming up in the App search. I have to keep uninstalling then reinstalling the app to be able to search for teams.

Can't subscribe via Google calendar no matter what...please fix.

I hate and love this app. It does not upload updates right away and freezes all the times. I think it does not make sense that the note description will show up on Event entries and not game. Why not both? My team need to know extra details for the game. Apparently I have to pull up the site or synced it to my mobile calendar to see all the extra details OUTSIDE the App. Please add this features, it would be nice to have.

Not very user user friendly for team managers. I create an html email on my desktop and it doesn't even open up in the app. The countdown ticker inserted into my email doesn't work either which is too bad as I thought it was a neat feature for a next practice countdown. Can't add or modify scheduling or contact details for parents which means no one can use RSVP feature. Not impressive or maybe my league has too many features on lockdown. Not sure but not happy

Its hard to enter data because you have to wqtch an entire play happen before you can enter info. You have to be able to enter the final base the player ended up on before you can even say which fielder the ball went to or what kind of hit it was. Too many steps. Then the pitcher is already pitching the ball again. Therefore several of us moms sit together so we work together to score keep a little league game. Oh and thr sndroid version is missing vitals parts for a fly ball and errors.

Beyond useless, I turned off the notifications because it sends me info on teams that I'm not following but the notification still come through even though they're turned off. I reported these issues to our sports program but Sports engine refuses to fix anything. Don't waste your time, use the TeamSnap App instead exclamation point

It has its uses but riddled with problems. Biggest problem for me is that I can't reply to someones post. I can create my own and read others but when I click on the text field at the bottom, nothing happens

It's gotten better, but right nite you can't add comments to events. That seems like a huge oversight!

Nice app for only your team, but has a few minor glitches where it jumps a level when you select your team. Also doesn't let you see schedules or stats for other teams in your league

I tried to use this app. My wife uses it for our sons baseball. I tried for over 2 hours to find his team on this garbage app and it would not allow me too. Every time i typed in his team or even partial name of the team it would tell me it couldn't find it or would pull up teams from Wisconsin only. My wife also tried and it did not work. Now she could do it on her phone but not on mine (we have identical phones also). In the end this app is s*** if you can't even find a single team after 2 hrs.

Its a great app. It helps you keep track of stats and schedules for my hockey stuff

It doesn't matter how great of an idea your website and app are if they don't work!

Before update it was easy manuver, now it is not user friendly for admin or players and families.

Garbage. Can't create an account. Can't log in. Can't find teams I know are registered.

This app does not send any notification even though it is turned on...took kids to a game but it was cancelled..

Hate when the app updates i lose my favourites.. so annoying

This app is required by our soccer club. It's slow to populate schedules on opening, and tends to hang after being backgrounded. Need to check the practice schedule for next week? It's a coin toss if it will show any details. Then it's a coin toss if you can open an item. A drinking game could be made out of this. I was going to give it 3 stars, but learned about the NBC Sports affiliation here. They have the resources to make this better.

The app lost all my teams and now it crashed. I am a team manager of several teams and this has caused more work for me.

One thing it lacks is ability to edit and enter pitching stats after a game. You can now only enter score.

Trash. Created an account. Then the system deleted my account. Tried to redo an account but fields are ALWAYS missing.

It's ok to view schedules but ever time it updates I have to search my teams out again, very annoying.
