For all of the people in doubt this really is as good as it sounds. I have already won two pairs of socks some racing trainers and a place at Paris Marathon and I also got a free T-shirt for referring others to this great website . You can also use your points towards discount on some great brands I all this for just doing your normal running or cycling.
