De Oefen App is exclusief te gebruiken door alle (para)medici en patiënten die een account hebben bij één van de mobiele platforms van Het Fitte Team bv. De App is zowel beschikbaar voor iOS als Android en stelt je in staat om te revalideren waar je maar wilt en wanneer je maar wilt. Overal waar internet aanwezig is zal je de beschikking hebben tot je trainingsagenda en de begeleiding van je eigen coach. Zo heb je altijd je eigen deskundige fysiotherapeut bij de hand.

Oefen je Fit is een uniek online programma van Het Fitte Team BV. Met behulp van Oefen je Fit kunnen (para)medici in Nederland en België eenvoudig professionele trainingsprogramma's maken voor hun patiënten. Het maken van een trainingsprogramma wordt eerst vooraf gegaan door klinimetrie die bij de klacht van de patiënt past.

Het online trainingsplatform beschikt over een zeer uitgebreide database met oefeningen en een unieke trainingsapp. De Oefen App bestaat uit een website en een app (Android en iOS), en is toegankelijk vanuit elk device (smartphone, tablet, pc).
