FPS - Football

The Functional Performance System Football (FPSF) will teach how to utilize the understanding of functional biomechanics, to develop and improve technical fundamentals in a simple and effective way in the game of football. The content of this system is unique in the field of soccer coaching as it is created BY parent coaches FOR parent coaches. It is designed in cooperation with Aalborg University, human movement specialists, and elite soccer coaches. Training science and coaching experience are combined into a practical tool that will make daily coaching more precise and professional.

Further, the Functional Performance System Football consists of an extensive strength & conditioning program for each player position, which is developed based on proper peer-reviewed science on this specific area. The system has already been used for several years to improve the physical strength of both youth and adult players.
