Burrito Boyz

The app was working fine before. After the latest update, it's now asking for access to my files, photos and rest of my media. I'm placing a burrito order. This is way beyond the access you require for that. I denied the request and now the app won't work at all. I'm done ordering from Burrito Boyz until you guys fix this.

Adding a payment credit card hangs the app. Then once it's added the card and charged it $0, that card is not an option to pay for your order. You still have to add the card again to place your order. Super frustrating.

Decent app, it does what it needs but its messy. No reorder button, doesn't save all your settings, etc. Just needs more customization for faster checkouts. Let me make a few burrito profiles and instantly order them.

The only thing i would like the app to have, is remembering previous orders, so you don't have to check of every item you want on your burrito everytime. Also maybe have the option of the works on your burrito, but be able to say NO sour cream or NO something else. Otherwise the app works fine for me.

Not difficult to use. Incentive is the points. Decent but why do I need to need to give access to photos? That's unnecessary. I'd rather not had to load on money and instead just charge my card directly for each purchase.

The app is slow and does show you your previous order. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up, they had not received the order and tried to make me pay again even after showing them the receipt that I paid online. The brampton queen location is known not to be the best one but expected better service considering.

The app is bit confusing but works fine but the problem comes where the order that I set to pickup now is set to 25 minutes and I show up 10 minutes later expecting that 25 minuted to be just reference but my order is not ready and I have to wait 15 minutes so what is the point of the app? If I just walk in I just need to wait around 10 minutes so using the app does not save me anytime but rather make me wait more. Finally the order was ready after 22 minutes, still longet that if I order in person

Don't let the reviews fool you, this app is way worse than its score. It is completely non-functional for me. I can't even place an online order which is the only reason I tried this app out. Pure trash.

Requires too much information from you. There is no reason for this app to require access to the storage contents of my phone. Found it a big lady as well. Besides that, the app worked fine before I uninstalled it due to above reason. Kinda sucks because I eat there all the time and they're always busy and I like to order in advance.

Why does it need to access my files, photos etc in order to work? Pure garbage.

Easy to use quick and straight forward and when I got to the store they had it ready . Was nice not having to waiting the long line and the food was soo good:-)) just stopped working and says no connection to Internet I have deleted and added it again still nothing pls fix this app I loved it.

The app is a great way to avoid the long wait for the food prep. Would suggest an option to save a favorite location or store preferences to avoid having to re enter information.

Great app. Quickly tick off what you want, go and get it! Bypass line up at lunch! Only suggestion is would be nice to have a pay at store option in future updates.

App is easy to navigate. Online ordering is simple. The app needs polishing. There are still placeholder text in some of the options that leave you questioning what you are supposed to choose. It would also be nice to have an option to repeat a previous order to save time.

Horrible. Constantly freezes and takes a while to load each page. Has deleted my saved card twice off the app. Just overall not a good job.

I've tried to download this app so many times to submit an order and the pick my burrito, I haven't gotten it to work, not even once.

After the last update it needs access to photos media and files... Won't work unless you give it access

Was told I can only send egifts through the app. Tried to for days... Internal error every time. Unhelpful app at the point for me.

Initially I thought, great, no more plastic cards to hoard with a couple bucks loaded onto each. Later, I quickly discovered the locations app reader would often fail. This was embarrassing and at times, if you did not have a secondary form of payment, you would lose any pick up order. A manager once waved the fees when I came in for a pick up order. The app had well over the amount needed to purchase, but there must have been software issues. Over all, if the customer invests time and registers for an app that YOU create, do not penalize them when they utilize the very same, and it does not work and they did not plan to bring a secondary form of payment. PS- the level of pepper must be universal ( in BB's), as "one line" or "three dots" looks very different person to person. Please revise that. Thanks for reading the rant.

The app is great! I use it every time I order and it saves me so much time. I love that it generates points with rewards as well. Any time I've had to contact support, they have been quick to respond and resolve.

Same as other reviewers. You don't need access to my photos and storage and it doesn't work unless you allow access

Needs repeat order button. After being a customer for years, I dont usually change my options. Why force location settings on? cant order when indoors.
